This is my first time ever getting a deep clean of my house and It was an amazing experience! I couldn’t have asked for a better cleaning company! Very professional and personable Kami and Sonya did an incredible job. I spoke with Delena from the beginning and she is absolutely wonderful. Switched to Cottage Care for my cleaning services and they have been wonderful. Flexible on scheduling and I generally have some consistency between a few cleaners which is really nice. I have young kids who can make quite a mess but these folks do a great job with my clean and they stay until the job is done! Kim came today and even left little rubber ducks for my kids - so sweet!

Grace & Kami did a great job cleaning my home. They were thorough, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Everything looked fresh and spotless when they were done. Very happy with Cottage Care!

This was my first time hiring Cottage care and Sonya and Ana did a great job! We just moved in to this giant house 6 months ago & have been cleaning, painting, unpacking, and doing lots of renovations, Plus, we have three dogs and one 11-year-old, I cook a LOT and I just can’t keep up with cleaning on top of everything else so the amount they cleaned in a little over 4.5 hrs was so greatly appreciated! I am excited to start our bi weekly cleaning schedule!

I also want to add that I’ve had Many housekeepers over my lifetime And we just moved back home to Virginia six months ago. Dolina introduced me to Cottagecare, she’s worked for them for a while now and knows that One thing I’ve been dreading is having to do interviews and find someone all over again that I can trust and that will do a great job. Cottagecare takes all of that stress out of the equation, They fully Vet And background check all of their employees! Their Pricing is also very fair & Competitive. I was paying about the same price in Oregon and I was supplying all of the cleaning supplies. CottageCare takes that out of the equation as well they supply the supplies & Don’t even have cancellation fees! They also take the awkwardness out of If something is missed, they will come and take care of it with no problem. They have a manager that takes care of everything and someone that comes and does inspections Periodically to make sure that your house is getting cleaned perfectly!

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for 11 years and I have never been disappointed! They worked with me when I was concerned some staff was getting complacent, so we changed things up. When I went from every other week to once a month, they were happy to assist. My husband loves when they come in and put V patterns on the carpet and furniture. It is always wonderful to come home to a very clean house after they have been there! Mary and Vickie have been nothing but accommodating, helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend!!

House was clean but no big on laudry room and coffee pot not washed neither was soon holder . everything else very satisfied with

Taylor and Audrey did a great job with our first two initial cleans! They put a lot of care into cleaning our home. It's been great having the app that tells me when they arrive and leave. I also really appreciate the letter they leave each time detailing what was done and the surprise inspection from a Quality Control Inspector.

We've had The Cleaning Authority for more than 10 years now. Although the team has changed from time to time, we've had Melissa as our lead person for several years and the team always does a great job. Recently my Mom was visiting and even she was impressed with how hard the team hustled during the visit! The team is careful yet thorough, uses specific products I request on my floors, and takes notes on anything specific that we request. I would highly recommend TCA for any sized home!

Cannot recommend this company. I have asked for a breakdown of charges three different times (over the course of a month) and still cannot get an answer. It was also made immediately clear that my business was an afterthought to the cleaners schedule for the day. I would seek other cleaning services from the area.

My Mama is very OCD and particular about cleaning. She’s gotten to where she can’t clean like she used to, and I work too much. They’re affordable, thorough, and Mama is happy which is all that matters!!

Since I began with Cleaning Authority in May, the team that has cleaned my house has always included Janet. She is truly a wonderful employee and team head. Her attention to detail and her work ethics are top notch. She makes sure that everything is done to her high standards before leaving my home. In the beginning, Janet incorporated my individual needs into the team’s routines as I requested. No follow up needed! It is great to have a team from Cleaning Authority every two weeks to clean and refresh my home.
