I don’t take writing reviews lightly and aim to provide an objective account of my experience. After spending two weeks vetting various companies and reading reviews, I chose Home Clean Heroes for a whole-house deep clean scheduled for June 21 ahead of a July 1 move-in. Due to moving from another city, I couldn’t attend the cleaning, but a family member cleared their schedule to be present.

Initially, the cleaning was scheduled for the AM, but the day before, it was moved to 2-4 PM, which still worked for us. At 1:28 PM on the day of the cleaning, I received a text stating the team would arrive at 1:33 PM—30 minutes earlier than planned but manageable.

However, 30 minutes after arriving, the crew left due to an unspecified emergency. While I understand emergencies happen, I expected the company to have contingencies in place. This added stress to my already hectic move.

If you need assurance that your job will be completed as scheduled, I recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Home Clean Heroes.

This was for a move-out cleaning where the team was there for less than 2 1/2 hours, and I actually helped them clean. I was charged $400 for this. One person left after about 1 hour, and I had to keep reming the team of what else needed to be cleaned. I begged for a morning appointment, and Ashley said she’d do everything in her power to help facilitate that. I didn’t find out until the late afternoon, the day prior to the cleaning it would a very late afternoon appointment. Too late for me to do anything else, and I drove 4 hours to meet them. When I spoke with Ashley about the appointment time, she said move-out appointments were always in the afternoon. I asked her why she didn’t tell me that the day we set up the appointment, and she couldn’t answer. I said had I known that I would have found someone else.
No one could/would answer me why I was charged $400 for less than 2 1/2 hours worth of work.

Having moved around a lot in the past, it's always hard to find a reliable cleaning service. Look no further. We've been with Home Clean Heroes for a couple of years now. They're not only consistently reliable, trustworthy, and dependable...the REALLY clean well. Today we had Shay and Maria, and honestly, everything is so clean it's like walking into a brand new home.

We met with Crystal last week to do a walk through and estimate for biweekly cleanings- she was so professional, timely and kind! I was impressed to hear about the company and also the price.

Our first cleaning was yesterday and I am thoroughly impressed with how well our home turned out. It felt so nice to come home at the end of the day to a crisp/clean environment. The team did a wonderful job and they far exceeded my expectations! I am happy to have finally found a trustworthy and thorough company to meet our cleaning needs.

We have been using Home Clean Heroes for over a year now for a monthly cleaning, and we've been consistently impressed with their services. My husband I both work from home and the team comes in and has no issues working around us. They even pay attention to our nosy cat who likes to watch them work! The latest team consisted of Megan and Quishima who performed a thorough job in record time. You can tell that they are organized, efficient and work well together.

Stephanie and Maple just finished up my initial clean. I am thankful for their attention to detail and for helping me take this chore (cleaning) off of my Mom-To-Do list. Being able to not stress about deep cleaning my house is such a blessing and one I’ll be looking forward to biweekly. If you’re able to, I highly recommend Home Clean Heroes to delegate your cleaning needs to. (Also, how cute are the treats they left for my pups?!)

Home Clean Heroes provide EXCELLENT SERVICE at competitive rates. I initially contracted with them to do a "Deep Cleaning" of a home I sold recently because a different vendor did a substandard job the week prior. My home was SPOTLESS once Home Clean Heroes performed a REAL Deep Cleaning - my home sold for FULL LIST PRICE. I've since contracted with them to perform bi-weekly cleaning at my new home and the their work is consistently TOP QUALITY and performed by competent, professional and polite staff. Regina, Evan, Ashley and Tee are all AMAZING to work with. Book them with confidence - they truly are Heroes, and very nice people too.

From the time my sister referred me to you all, and from the beginning the organization and attention detail demonstrated by Ashley and the grime crew of Megan. Courtney was over the top. They did such a good job. I went ahead and ordered a monthly automatic visit by there, Jimmy Rogers

Home Clean heroes is a great service! My Grandmother and I have a cat, dog and 2 birds. The animals loved Megan and Jayla! They worked around us and our pets and everything was sparkling by the time they left. The house smells great and they use all natural cleaners. Ashley is also very accommodating to our schedule and schedule changes. We had an appointment come up during our cleaning time and wanted to change it a week before and she messaged me back right away! We cant wait to see them again next month!

They communicate very well and consistently do an excellent job cleaning our house!

Maria and Deisy did an amazing and thorough job. The were very detailed left our home sparkling clean.I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

The girls were very friendly and efficient. They take care of our apartment in an hour it’s like magic! Safes me so much work!

Our house is so clean it looks like it would glimmer and sparkle, lol! The cleaners Maria and Leah did a wonderful job, the floors, bathrooms, surfaces, changing sheets, all of it was wonderful. Tee was very professional and friendly when she came to do our initial assessment. Definitely recommend if you are looking for home cleaning service!

Home Clean Heroes teams have always done a great job cleaning our home every two weeks! They are so careful with our home and are always so nice and respectful. They are also very flexible and accommodating when we have to rearrange our scheduled day. Would definitely recommend them!

Worst cleaning company I've ever had. They spilled dirty soapy water on my carpeted stairs. Didn’t clean the hardwood floors downstairs. They missed the ceiling fan's and I asked them to do them and when they did they left dust all over the floors they vacuumed prior. I called customer service spoke with Tia, very rude and said they would have someone clean what they missed but refused to refund my $329.00 for a deep cleaning. I did not want them in my house again. Horrible company.

Just had my first clean from HCH and they were amazing! Courtney and Lexi were very detail oriented and my house looks so good!

I am ONLY giving a 2 star review because the ladies that came to clean were very nice but other than that I would rate it a 1. I was charged $400 for a move in clean. I was originally told to book a one time clean for $305 (through the website messaging) for everything I wanted done but I guess that did not include the inside of the appliances so they called me while the ladies were there and upcharged me to that. Whatever. After they left I started inspecting everything mainly the kitchen and started to notice ALOT of things that were untouched/not done thoroughly. You know for $400 I expect a really good deep clean. Well that was not done at all. My husband & I went out to get cleaning supplies (as we’re still moving in) and WE spent 4+ hours deep cleaning our kitchen… what should have been done the first time I spent $400. I am more so frustrated with management as they offered to send out another team member to clean. I wasn’t happy with the service the first time and have already deep cleaned everything myself why would I have them come back out to clean something that is now spotless because of my husband & I. When I declined that for obvious reasoning the offered a $50 refund. $50 for everything that was done not well. $100 would be reasonable but $50 is honestly a joke. If I ever have a cleaning company come back out it won’t be through home clean heros. I will make sure who not to recommend if anyone ever asks.

I’m writing this review in honor of the best cleaner ever, Natasha! Words cannot describe how amazingly professional she is at cleaning! And I have to mention that she is incredibly respectful, very kind, and goes over and beyond to make her customers happy! Natasha, you can clean my home anytime. Thank you Cottage Care for bringing Natasha on the team because she is truly amazing!😊👍

Very pleased with Cottage Care as a whole. Great customer service, communication, and management (especially Michelle). Sydney is the absolute best! She is diligent, thorough, professional, and kind. Our house is cleaned just as requested and little details are paid attention to. Very happy to have found this company and to have Sydney as our cleaner. She's top notch.

Brandi and Morgan left my house SPOTLESS! They were both so nice, showed up on time, and I had no worries leaving for work while they cleaned. I came home from work to a pristine house! What impressed me the most was how clean they got my white couch (we have a black, messy dog). They went above and beyond and it showed in the small details. I signed up for monthly services immediately!

Amy cleans our home with the level of detail and care she would want for her own home. She is always looking for feedback and is eager to ensure she’s done the best possible job. She takes time to tend to the “little things” and leaves our home sparkling. Not only does she do an exceptional job with the cleaning, she is pleasant and warm. I look forward to her visits every time and she really does go above and beyond.
