Outstanding Service by Molly Maid of Virginia Beach - Team 11!

I recently hired Molly Maid of Virginia Beach for a move-out cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. Team 11 went above and beyond with all the bells and whistles, leaving the home spotless and immaculate. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they were thorough and professional throughout the entire process. The team truly made the moving experience stress-free, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning services. A job well done!

Molly Maid does a very through job from coming out to give an estimate, to setting up a convenient time to have a two girl team actually do the cleaning.
The whole process is geared around the customer.
Pricing is quite reasonable. You get to select a time frame for repeat visits, weekly or monthly.
Very through and well organized.
Would highly recommend Molly Maid for all your cleaning needs.

I left my house was a mess because I haven’t been able to clean due to having cancer but when I came home my house was the cleanest I have seen in years. They also did my dishes! My husband and myself are so happy and grateful.

I was pleased but after the ladies left I had to take some things that belonged upstairs back upstairs. A few other things that I know will be better as we get to know each other.

Sad to give a negative review to a local service provider. 2x no shows on confirmed appointments - no call, text, or courtesy to advise of arrival status. I feel they are not professional and have poor scheduling and management department. First time having an issue like this with a supposedly high rated cleaning service. We only used the service once prior, service was reasonable as we only need seasonal cleanings which was fully communicated before retaining their service. After scheduling the second service - radio silence. Shameful. We luckily found a local reputable cleaning service through a neighbor that ensured this unprofessional behavior doesn't happen with them. We cannot recommend Molly Maid, best to search other service providers who care about their customers with reliability and transparent communication.

Always on time, polite and courteous. Kim and Beth do a great job at maintaing oour home clean and fresh and our dogs Ella and Maya absolutely love them.

Always will to accommodate my schedule. Very thorough cleaners. Have used them for many years. So have family members. Would not consider another cleaner. They do excellent work

Kim did a great job. The new young lady didn't do any of the basic things like vacuuming under couch cushions. She was trying to dust them with a rag. When I asked why she was doing this, she said "I don't know, I'm new today".
2 persons are enough in a condo size venue. 3 were too much crowded.

Our family uses Molly made service for our 90 year-old dad. They are wonderful he loves the ladies who come to the house and do the cleaning. They come on time they do an excellent job and the staff is very friendly hundred percent would recommend them.

Mary and Melissa are a terrific team! Professional, conscientious, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.

I’m going to preface by saying I played a part and should have looked more thoroughly before allowing the team to leave and paying the invoice. This is why it is a 2 star and not 1 star.

We scheduled a move out clean for a family members 4500 sq ft estate. 2 teams of 2 (4 people total) worked about 8-9 hours costing us close to $2,000 (we were estimated 5-6 hrs but they went over which was relayed to me). When the realtor went through the property a few weeks later, he informed us it hadn’t been cleaned (no one lived on the property nor had been there since the cleaning). I went back to the property and more thoroughly assessed the situation and this is what I found: front/top of cabinets/drawers hadn’t been wiped, inside some cabinets and drawers hadn’t been cleaned, inside some closets hadn’t been cleaned, the windows hadn’t been wiped, the baseboards and window sills hadn’t been wiped, the floor hadn’t been swept (it was mopped at least the kitchen because I watched them do that), cleaning supplies had been left throughout the house, around the side, back, and under refrigerators hadn’t been cleaned (3 in total), the outside garage stairs leading to the apartment weren’t swept (I did ask them about this and they only ended up sweeping the landing), the back splash by the stove hadn’t been cleaned, under cabinets were not swept (dirt was just pushed up under there), doors and mantles weren’t wiped, and the sides of the pull out freezer weren’t wiped. Now again, I should have checked more thoroughly and opened every single thing. I have learned my lesson but this was not a move out clean, it was a basic clean but charged as a move out clean which is more costly. I did contact Molly Maids and they said they can send someone out in 2 weeks at a cost but we declined that service. We understand it is passed their 24 hr window for service but with the amount of things not done there is no way this was a move out clean at least not a quality one. We also checked our cameras on the property (for security reasons as no one lives on the property) and noticed a lot of down time on phones that was supposed to be spent cleaning which was relayed to Molly Maids. Again, we understand our part in this but as a company I would want high standards across the board and while the home looked clean on the surface, with a more careful eye it definitely wasn’t to the standard we discussed. I would recommend anyone who uses them to very thoroughly inspect their work within 24 hrs.

Brittany and Najah always do a great job! They are quick and efficient and leave my house clean and smelling good! Even with 4 dogs and 2 kids!

I'm an older retiree and can't clean as I once did. Therefore, I hired Molly Maid to clean my house every other week. I love it when they complete the cleaning. The house smells great and is clean.

Trish and Elena did an initial clean at my house and they did a great job. They were also super lovely and helpful. I have used other cleaning services in the area but Molly Maid was by far the best and I will be continuing bi-weekly service.
