Molly Maid is outstanding! My team has been consistent for over a month and what a delightful team they are. I have seen their thorough cleaning, their attention to detail, and being professional along the way. I am so glad that these ladies are here and I have no problem if they had to be in the house by themselves and I couldn’t be here. The trust factor is enormous. I would highly recommend Molly Maid of Virginia Beach to anyone looking for an awesome cleaning experience!

They got our place back to how we remember when we first got our keys. I cannot recommend their services highly enough!

Hired Molly made for a move out service on a condo. It included cleaning fridge, oven, floors, bathrooms, wiping down inside and outside of cabinets , baseboards., Window ledges , mirror And more. Two ladies came with all supplies needed. They were personable and efficient. I was in a time crunch and was glad to have it done.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided. The way my kitchen was cleaned, even my 14-year-old son or I could have done a better job. The cleaners lacked basic knowledge—like using the right solution for stained areas—and showed no attention to detail. They didn’t even bother to place our items back where they originally were. I won’t be recommending them to anyone. Thanks.

Melissa and Mary have cleaned my home twice now and each visit has been a great experience. They are punctual, detail-oriented, and leave everything truly spotless. I even planned pizza both nights just so I could enjoy the clean kitchen a little longer. I’m very happy with their work and look forward to continuing their service.

Home Clean Heroes is a great cleaning service. The office staff is responsive and willing to help with any scheduling issues you may have. The cleaners do an awesome job and with at least 2 people they get it done in a quick and professional manner. I highly recommend Home Clean Heroes!!!

First time using using Home Clean Heros and they did a great job!! Cleaned really well. Service was also reasonably priced. All the ladies who came out (from the manager, to the supervisor, to the cleaning crew themselves) were friendly and professional.

The ladies that came to clean my house last Friday did an amazing job. I had just moved into my home and this was my first cleaning after moving in. I loved that they took their time. They didn't rush and they were very accommodating when I asked for help with putting sheets on the bed and vacuuming the couch. They literally made my day so much easier and it allowed me to focus on unpacking.

Always do a good job. I have 2 Golden Retrievers so there's a lot of hair and they can make it dissappear! Plus they are super friendly to my dogs and never complain. I've had some construction projects going on which makes it difficult to navigate but they always manage to clean around them.

We have used this company for 4 years. We have been happy with their service. They are efficient and our house is clean. When there had been an issue, they have addressed it quickly. Tiara and Nicole have done a great job at cleaning our house.

Cleaners was really nice. Price compared to service is questionable. I felt it's way overpriced. Recommend shopping around. Update. The staff reached out over my concerns and immediately dispatched out a team to come back and provide additional services. The clean team addressed any and all of my issues.
