Home Clean Heroes were awesome. Cleaned my condo lickety-split and was able to do it when I was not at home. I came home and was very happy. Wonderful, I will be using them for any of my future needs.

I requested that Tiara and Nicole clean my house regularly because are very professional and efficient. House always looks great after they are finished. The girls are very sweet and always make sure to say hi to my pup!

They are prompt and keep me updated on when they will arrive for my scheduled cleaning. They really deep clean my home and add extra touches such as placing my son's stuffed animals nicely on his bed. They are very friendly and ensure they do a really good job. It’s been so helpful and an amazing service since I’ve had surgery.

I have used Home Clean Heroes for years - with the exception of a gap while we remodeled our home. Communication is key in this type of service relationship. As a client/customer, I need to be able to have an open dialogue with the coordinator and the team members that are actually in my home. I also need to feel comfortable relaying accolades and criticisms. Crystal has been phenomenal working with me. Responsive and action oriented. And, while I understand scheduling and staffing issues which preclude me from having the same team every visit, I would love to have Tee and Amanda - who did an exceptional job this week.

We have been using Home Clean Heroes for the past couple months and have been very pleased with their service. They are responsive and on time. When cleaning, they are focused and efficient. Our house not only looks beautiful but smells lovely too once they are done with the cleaning. I highly recommended this cleaning company.

Im the daughter of a career housekeeper so I can be a bit critical; however, Home Clean Heroes exceeded every expectation.
Tee did our in-home estimate and we were floored at how affordable the bi-weekly service was. When it came time for our first cleaning, we were blown away. My house looks amazing! Thanks to entire team for quality work.

My husband and I just bought a house and moved in, only to realize that the previous occupants had left quite a mess behind. Unable to clean the whole house by myself before our items got here I contacted Home Clean Heroes. They came out the next day and did a consult and then set me up for a cleaning the following day. When the team arrived everything was in disarray and they worked with me to come up with a plan on how to best tackle what was available around all our boxes. They did a great job and I am confident that once I unpack I will have them come back and help me out again!

I found HCH from my neighbors, who have been using the service for a little while. I reached out and immediately Crystal got me on the schedule and HCH overall has been very professional, responsive, and flexible with our schedule/needs. Jada and Brenda were the team to clean our house (which includes a furry puppy) and my husband and I were super happy with how quick and professional the service was. We were very pleased with the end results and are excited to have them back.

Exceeded our expectations. Made initial appointment at our home to discuss their services, pricing model, and our goals. They listened, understood and documented what we were looking to accomplish, with NO pushy upselling. Once we agreed upon the date to perform the cleaning, they communicated very well the day before about their arrival time. 3 ladies arrived on time the next day and went right to work. There was clearly good teamwork, communication, and supervision amongst the team. They hit all the detailed areas of concern (baseboards, blinds etc.) and many other focus areas that we did not even discuss. The quality of their work was as impressive as it was efficient. A well oiled machine.

They are prompt, and their standard is great. I have not been disappointed in their service. Communication on schedule, arrival, and departure via text is a great bonus. Never had an issue with the quality of work from any of the HCH team members. They always leave the house looking great. An added bonus, they leave a little treat for our dog. A personalized touch that makes it special. I highly recommend the HCH for any home.

I don't often write online reviews but after our first few interactions working with Home Clean Heroes I felt it was worth sharing with others. I ultimately have one word to describe this company, "SUPER". During both our initial walk-through and our first cleaning visit the engagement from all of the Home Clean Heroes associates has been superior. They have been: super friendly (very, very nice folks), super timely, super attentive (paying attention to our specific requests, etc., super thorough (top notch cleaning)... We have Home Clean Heroes come do an initial deep clean earlier this week after providing a quote a couple weeks prior. Crystal came for the initial walk-through and quote, and she was very nice and easily answered my questions. The scheduling and payment options were convenient and easy (I love that they can keep my cc on file so I don't have to worry about writing a check each time), and pricing is reasonable (I'd gotten other quotes to compare).

The two women who came to do the initial deep clean were friendly and polite. I very much appreciated that they were flexible in working around our family since I have kids doing virtual school, and my husband and I both work from home full time, nd we even had an extra dog that day (pet sitting for friend), so we had a lot going on! They left our house in MUCH better shape, smelling awesome, and with an oven that is probably now cleaner than when we moved in!

I'm excited for them to continue doing regular cleanings for us to help maintain what they've done so far. I feel motivated to do other projects around the house now that everything I look at doesn't come with the additional anxiety of, "But first, I should clean that, and then that, and then that..." Regular house cleaning is a chore I do not enjoy and am not even good at, so it's a fabulous weight off my shoulders.

They came into our home very respectfully. They had clear communication with us & each other… they all worked together efficiently and quickly while giving extra focusing on the areas that were bothering us the most ( our floors )

Their temperament was cooperative! They were actually smiling! …. Plus their attention to detail cleaned up things like the baseboards other areas that had been neglected for too long!

Our Home Clean Heroes arrive exactly when they say they will. They are thorough. Their cleaning materials are fresh for our home. They put everything that has to be moved back with special care. And they add nice little touches. They work hard when they’re here, with no time wasted. I don’t know what more I could ask for!
