Cottage Care has been a great cleaning service thus far..my first experience was a move in clean for my new home. Unfortunately, there were several items that were missed. When brought to the manager’s attention, Cottage Care honored their commitment to great customer service and sent one of their top rated employees, Brandi, to perform the cleaning service of the home I was moving out of. Brandi was EXCELLENT! She did such a great job. Most recently Cottage Care cleaned my new home again. This time they sent two ladies, Kami and Ginnie. Both of these ladies cleaned very well. They were both very pleasant and worked efficiently and effectively. There was only one minor complaint, which was a streaky outside finish to my refrigerator after it was wiped. Besides this, my home was sparkling clean. I would definitely recommend Cottage Care.

Family came to stay at my house by the beach. Four adults +5 small children. They hired cottage care to clean up after themselves. When I arrived home a few days later, I found an immaculate and sparkling house. Rugs were vacuumed all over, everything was clean & in perfect order. Everywhere was well dusted!
The house has never been cleaner!

The staff that came into were extraordinary! Brittany was incredible and explained everything and took the extra time to say hi to the puppies. She also did an amazing job professionally! Cammy was equally awesome and made note to sing with the cockatiel who absolutely loves attention! All while maintaining professionalism and did an exceptional job! Lastly! CottageCare sent Tammy & Sky to clean our house, and they were professional, hard working, and friendly. They knocked out the deep cleaning and dusting this house really needed. They followed through on everything the company advertised about their services, and even asked me to walk around and make sure I was happy with their work. Although they normally clean Mon-Fri, they were flexible enough to support my request for a Saturday cleaning. I would definitely use their services again. As you can see, my dog is enjoying the clean, uncluttered entryway :)

CottageCare is amazing! Particularly Dolina who left our house spotless today. :) They always communicate with us ahead of time and are super kind - they even sent us diapers for our newborn! Love their customer service.

I have been using Cottage Care for a little over 2 years now and am so happy after each cleaning. They do such a thorough job and always ask if there’s anything to improve on. If I ever need to reschedule I simply text and they advise me of there next openings.

Once I asked for a quote online, a representative called me within about 20 mins and explained their process. My home's manager has been great at communicating the whole time.
