Taylor and Sami arrived loving up my beagles at the front door. Both were very easy to speak with and discuss the cleaning of my home today. My house was professionally cleaned and I hope to keep it up until their return in two weeks. Thank you TCA.

Stay away. The man who runs the office is extremely unprofessional and rude. They do not have the common courtesy to let people know their appointment is cancelled.

I am very disappointed with this company and especially the team that I had yesterday. This company started out with a bang and has gone Downhill ever since. I wish you could pick your team so when you have a good experience you can ask for the same team again but apparently you can’t and you get what you get. I felt like yesterday’s cleaners were just downright lazy. I had Sheets out and they had to come and ask me if the sheets needed to be changed… duh, Then they asked if they had to do the exercise room ..yes, if we were not here in the beginning I doubt they would’ve done either They did not replace any of the trash bags despite me telling on multiple occasions where the bags are …they didn’t even replace the bathroom bag that had a bag underneath it so that they just had to put the bag in the trash can. When I first started with this company my back bathroom was being remodeled so it was on the instructions that they it didn’t need to be done but that was literally the very first time and every other cleaner since then has cleaned the back bathroom but these guys didn’t despite it being very obvious that it was no longer under construction and hey worst case scenario they could’ve called the manager and asked but hell that would require them to do extra work so why would they do that? If I have this team again I’m done. My husband wants to give them another try so I have started writing down everything that they didn’t do on the sheet of paper that they leave me so I can refresh my memory when I get the same team and they do the same thing again. Very disappointed as they came recommended and in the very beginning they were the bomb.com but I guess it really just depends on which team you get.

I am beyond disappointed with this company. To begin with they sent out the “owner” of the company to set everything up with us. The owner set extremely high standards for this company, telling us there would be inspectors and the clean would be very very well done. He set expectations that I did not even have and he set them without being asked. After he left he said someone would contact me that day and I did not hear from anyone for four business days to set up our first clean. I tried to call and nobody answered and there was no way to leave a voicemail.
Now for the actual cleaning…. It was AWFUL! The team that was sent to my house came 5 hours later than the expected time. When they arrived they did not say a word to me, this came off as very rude. They walked in my front door, took over the kitchen, left a full trash bag on the floor, never introduced themselves, didn’t ask a question, nothing. One of the ladies was at least trying to talk to my kids but the other girl said nothing, not one word the entire time. The cleaning was not a cleaning at all. They were to deep clean the kitchen and bathrooms and did not do that at all. Every single thing was only surface cleaned and when I say that I mean nothing was scrubbed, you could still see water marks from cups, the showers were barley cleaned, toilets half way done, no baseboards cleaned as promised, I mean just awful awful work. They left our 6 bedroom home in two hours with very minimal cleaning done.
When I received a text to answer a survey I said I was disappointed and it had a number to contact. I contacted that number with no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. I contacted two other numbers I found for their company with no answer and no way to leave voicemails. Finally I wrote an email to them and got a call back a couple days later with a voicemail left for me to call them back and low and behold when I called back nobody answered and there was no way to leave a voicemail. I went on their app to cancel our plan and there is no way to cancel, so I individually canceled all future appointments and they charged $25 per cancellation despite it being way over 48 hours of cancellation. Again, I cannot get in contact with anyone and there’s no way to remove your card info. They are stealing money at this point. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews when I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any company in my life.
I do not recommend this company at all, so disappointing.

We’ve been using the cleaning Authoriyy for a year now. It’s so nice to come home to a clean house while having 100% trust giving the cleaners our garage door code and loving on our dog while they are here. Hiring the cleaning, Authority was one of the best decisions we have made.

First clean today was excellent! Lots of attention to detail that I was missing from the company I previously hired. Melissa and Dorothy (Team 14) were great! Looking forward to having TCA back in my life on a regular basis!

Awesome! Melissa and Dorothy are the best! I am so happy to have them as a permanent team. Their cleaning skills are top notch! They work well together, they tolerate my crazy dog and they are super nice and communicate well! They are keepers!

The maids that come usually do a good job. However, it is a rare occurrence to have the same two person team come back on consecutive cleaning days. Often times as they are people who have never been in my home things have to be repeatedly explained. The bigger problem is the company is unreliable. This morning they called and said that they are short staffed because they have a number of people out sick. I can understand that this can happen. They told me they can have another team out around 2:30 this afternoon. With no one here, I called at 3 PM and my call was routed to the I believe national office. Their agent said she would call the local manager and have him call me to tell me when the maids will arrive at our house. I did not receive a call and no one came. I will no longer do business with them.

The team is amazing! We have had the same girls for over 3 years and love them. They make our lives a lot simpler for sure. Thank you!

So far so good! This was my first clean with The Cleaning Authority. My husband and I debated on getting a cleaning company for quite a few months. Everyone I have spoke to at TCA has been so kind and the team was very kind and efficient. This will be so helpful as my daughter is currently undergoing treatment for Leukemia. We needed one thing we didn’t have to worry about. Thanks so much!

Just a word on Keeping Your Home Clean. We are very pleased with the quality cleaning that our new team, Jazmin and Maria of The Cleaning Authority of Virginia Beach provided to us today, Sept. 10th, 2020. They knocked it out of the park with their attention to detail and addressing our concerns with interest and kindness. What a benefit it is having them here during the Covid Crisis, as they are using special disenfectants to make sure our home stays "healthy." That is a huge plus. Hope and Tica do an amazing job. The company itself is terrible. Constant rescheduling and sending different people when we requested the same team. The final issue was them canceling a move out clean for our apartment the morning of… and then asking if we wanted to reschedule. It’s a move out clean, no we cannot reschedule especially the morning of

This was the first day The Cleaning Authority did my house. The cleaning ladies were on time, friendly and they get an excellent job.

Love the team and exceptional service! Highly recommend if you need ongoing cleaning services. Rates are fair and reasonable. Keep up the great work, CA!

CLEANING CREW GOT THERE AT 12:30 AND BY 2:00 THEY HAD ONLY CLEANED 2 SINKS AND 2 BATHS/SHOWERS. AND CHARGED US $400+ POWER WENT OUT AT 2 O'CLOCK AND THEIR EXCUSE WAS THERE WAS NO POWER TO VACUUM FLOORS OR DO THE WALLS OR WINDOWS OR MIRRORS DID NOT NOTICE ANYTHING THAT HAD BEEN DONE. I GUESS THIS CLEANING CREW DOESNT OWN A BROOM. DONT RECOMMEND. DID NOT TRY TO HELP OUT OR GIVE US A REFUND. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. TERRIBLE SERVICE
