Apparently a lot has changed in the past three years since his first review because my experience with less than satisfactory. With good conscience I could not recommend Dave at blue horizon pools to service your pool. I had several conversations with Dave which required him to order a part for the motor before opening the pool. When I asked him a couple of weeks later for a date when he would be back to service and open the pool he sent me a rude text telling me to find someone else to open the pool and to have a good day. I felt it Unprofessional and irresponsible not to not provide a date for service completion and then to not complete the service at all.

Melanie and June cleaned my MIL’s house very thoroughly. It was their first time at her house. They noticed that some furniture hadn’t been dusted for a while and made sure to dust everything. I was very happy with their services and requested that they clean the house everytime.

Lindsay and her team are always very friendly and go about their cleaning routine in an efficient way. Very interactive with our 3 dogs who look forward to their visits. House is always clean when they depart. My wife also appreciates the help.

We have just started with our new Molly Maid team (Robin and Stephanie) and are so impressed with their work! They came to us as substitutes for our regular crew and we liked their attention to detail so much that we switched crews! They are very concerned about customer satisfaction and doing a thorough cleaning and it shows in the finished product. Our home looks great!

I have had Molly Maid service for several years and have never been disappointed. Lindsey is very pleasant, efficient, thorough, and careful ! If I can't be at home when she arrives or I need to leave while she is there, I have no hesitation in leaving her there. The girls that cleaned my home were very sweet, considerate, and did a very thorough job. The price was very reasonable for my 900 sqft 2bdrm 1bath apartment. They literally cleaned from top to bottom! I have recommended Molly Maid to my family members.

Brittany & Desiree are a great team. They consistently do an excellent job along with being friendly and helpful to our family and get along great with our dog. Each time their team is here I know we'll receive superior results.

Molly Maid was wonderful! They a move out for my family when we were in the process of moving and we received our full deposit back. This took so much stress off me to get the house clean while also trying to move. Team 2 was fantastic!

Over all I'd say the 2 workers did a great job. I only requested downstairs service. I have been incapacitated due to a medical condition and the house had not been dusted in over 2 months so wherever there was a flat surface you saw nothing but dust. I did not expect the dusting of ceiling corners for webs nor the dusting of baseboards so those were a plus. Floors were either washed or vaccumed. Where light furniture existed, rockers or ottomans, they were moved for vacuuming and returned to their position. Heavy furniture was not moved. The only complaint I have I guess is 8 chairs in the dinning room were not dusted and the surely needed to be. I ended up doing it myself later on in the week.

We have had the Molly Maid team of Joanne and Ella cleaning our house now for several years. They are always on time, have a great attitude, efficient and above all, trustworthy. In particular, they are very attentive to the things that may need a little more attention that day such as scuff marks on the hardwood floors. My wife and I both appreciate their professionalism and work ethic. If Joanne and Ella represent the kind of employees that work for Molly Maid of Virginia Beach, I have no qualms about giving this company my highest recommendation.
Oh, and before I forget, I would like to give special recognition to Wanda, the team coordinator, schedular and overall, contact person. Whenever, I need to change the cleaning schedule or have a special request, she never fails to make sure that things are taken care of, and the desired results are achieved.

Great experience with initial deep cleaning! Sierra and team did an excellent job. They worked efficiently (deep clean of my 3/2, 1500sqft house was 3 hours and included baseboards) and were great with my dog. Excited to get on a regular cleaning schedule with them!

Update: have been getting regular cleanings every 3-4 weeks and so far very happy with the services! Lisa and Talia provided my most recent cleaning yesterday and service was great!

We’ve worked with Molly Maid for several years. They do a great job cleaning the house. If you have dogs and you need your house cleaned, these are folks to go to. Our dogs love when they visit. Keep up the great work!

I just had Team 11, Melanie and June, perform my first cleaning, the "tickled pink". My house has never looked shinier - they dusted and cleaned things that i know have not been touched since I moved in (ceiling fans anyone?). They were very respectful of my work location and got their work done without disturbing the meeting I was in (I work at home). I am looking forward to having them back in two weeks. Knowing that my house gets a great cleaning from them allows me to keep the surface looking good but prioritize other areas of my life and family! Thanks Melanie and June!

I used Molly Maid years ago and was very pleased. When I needed someone to clean for me again I chose Molly Maids. Over the last few months they’ve been multiple issues. Kitchen trashcan, not emptied. Storm doors, not cleaned. A mirror not cleaned. These are all minor things anyone can miss an area. I have allergies and I was getting congested at night. I took my clean, never used dust mop, and mopped under my bed. It was obvious they had never done that before. My bed is on hardwood and 8 inches away from the floor. It’s easy to get under it. They do not move furniture which I understand. But, I think we all expect the chairs from our dining room table to be moved so they can clean the floor under the table. They have not been doing that. Then I got serious and took a microfiber dust cloth and dusted my own bedroom. Windowsills not done. Sides of my furniture not done the top of my armoire not done. A laundry basket that’s on wheels. Didn’t move that. The biggest issue was when they put oven cleaner in my new self cleaning oven. I had been very clear that they were not to put oven cleaner in that oven as per manufactured directions. I heard spraying coming from the kitchen, so I asked the girl what she was spraying. Oven cleaner. I told her she was not supposed to use oven cleaner. She said yes, it is supposed to have oven cleaner. I said no it’s not. She wiped it out, but I couldn’t be in my house for about three hours because of the fumes. Every time I heat my oven now you can still smell oven cleaner. I don’t know if there was damage done to the surface of my oven that was only 18 months old. I can dest the tops of my own furniture. I can run the vacuum around in the center of the room. I hired Molly Maid to CLEAN my house. To do the things that are difficult for me to do at my age. They were doing the minimum and not even doing that well. I’m just sorry I didn’t go back and scrutinized their work more carefully much sooner. I highly recommend that you go with a different service.

Melissa and Mary, team #15, did a great job on a very necessary deep clean of my home. They worked nonstop and were knowledgeable and conscientious about cleaners on different materials. With a broken arm and 3 furry cats, I am so grateful for Molly Maid!
