We had an issue with tree root obstruction to our water system and also an old water pump that needed replacing. Found this local gem online and gave them a call. All Things Green are absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and helpful! I don't know much about water pumps and Amy the service agent helped me out. The guys came and installed the pump and also fixed the tree root obstruction. It has been about a week since they came and everything is working perfectly! Thank you so much All Things Green for the excellent work!

ATG installed 4 zone irrigation for our home. We had tree roots that made the job harder but the finished product works as advertised.

I used them for the past 3 years, but this year - they came out to walk the yard to confirm what I wanted for spring cleanup/mulch - which was the same work for the past few years. Then they would not ever get back to me. I followed up many times in email and the office gal said she was trying to get an answer on the quote and to get scheduled. But after asking 3-5 times, I figured they just no longer wanted my business. At least have the decency to give me a proper answer and not just keep stringing me along.

Jeremy was awesome. He replaced my sprinkler pump and made sure it was running perfectly! Highly recommend All Things Green!

All Things installed a new turf area in my front yard. They did a great job despite the brutal heat that week! They worked in partnership with Sunday Landscaping and it was seamless- both the turf and the install!

Great guys, install was as expected. Quality great. They even came back at my request to make an adjustment. Would highly recommend!

Trying to get an estimate for work to be done was a challenge. I was told first date available was 10-14 days out and actual work was being done 3 months out. I understand everyone is busy. Day of the estimate appointment I’m waiting around. The time for estimate was between 4-5 pm. I received a call at 4:53 that they would be unable to make it. Next appointment was about 2 weeks later. I get it things happen but you could have called me earlier to cancel instead of wasting my time. Maybe they do good work, but I will never know.

UPDATE: I am adding to this review on 10/23/25. As of today, I am still awaiting a response from an email I sent on August 7th regarding confirmation that issues from our previous project would be addressed in the new project. The final plan sent in August did not include these corrections, despite prior verbal confirmation over the phone. Waiting over two months for a simple email response is completely unacceptable - especially after receiving a response to this review from the company stating that their communication cadence would improve.

I am really disappointed to have to write this review. I have used All Things Green for several backyard projects over the past year. The projects looked great initially...but revealed problems afterward (see below). What prompted this review, however, is the terrible communication.

First, we had a paver patio done. It looks beautiful. However, shortly after having it installed, we started to notice that, during heavy rains, water now leaks into our garage from the door that enters the garage. Rather than being sloped away from the house, the pavers slope toward and water leaks under the door. Because of the poor grading, we have to deal with a flooded garage every time it rains.

Second, we had 5 arborvitae and six hostas planted along our back fence. Within weeks, the arborvitae started dying one by one. After spending over a grand on this portion of the landscaping, we are now left with 4 out of 5 dead arborvitae.

Third, and most frustrating of all, is the lack of communication. I reached out about extending our existing paver patio and replacing the dead arborvitae. ATG responded that they would get back to me with a quote. I understand that the owner has since experienced a loss in the family and I am so sorry for that.

However, it has been a month since my initial communication. I was told we would hear an update after the 4th of July. I waited an additional week before following up. I have 3 other pending projects that are dependent on this paver extension, so I eventually reached out for an update. A week went by with no response. I followed up again....no response. My husband called and they said they would get back to me via email. It's been over a week and still nothing.

At this point, it feels like ATG is ghosting us. I understand having to pause operations. But to completely cease communications with a client for over a month, especially after the client brought up issues, and not offering any updates or even acknowledgement to follow ups is bad business.

Agree with another reviewer....nice people, unreliable to do business with. After giving this company thousands of dollars, we are left with flooding and dead landscaping that we are probably going to have to find someone else to fix because ATG will not return our outreach attempts.

Family business with extremely personable attention to customer needs. Have used them for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!!!

We really appreciate all the guys at All things Green they are all great. Corey is wonderful phone always answers and accommodating anytime that we call! Great service, trustworthy and would not use anyone else. They put in our system front & back yards and have tweaked and adjusted when we have had more plants installed and repaired when our sidewalk contractor broke a line under the sidewalk half way in. They recommend our well drilling Company and we have been more than pleased… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All Things Green has been taking care of my sprinkler system for the past 10 years. The staff is always friendly and on time. they have consistently kept my sprinkler system running and always remind me when it’s time for winterizing or opening up in the spring. If I have issues, they promptly respond and get to me as quickly as they can I wouldn’t use anyone else. Great service all around!

The ATG crew removed my very old existing patio pavers and installed an expanded new patio (pavers). It is absolutely stunning. Quality work and attention to detail at every step. Recently I had your guy come to blow out my irrigation system you installed (patio & sidewalk was also installed) a while back, prior to winter to keep the lines from freezing.
