The Junk Uncles team truly exceeded our expectations! We hired the Junk Uncles team to remove some significant debris left over from a tree removal project that didn’t quite go as expected. To say my backyard was a disaster area would be an understatement. The team came in and knocked out the cleanup job in a coupe of hours and for a price that especially agreeable considering the work and the final product. They were very friendly, communicative, and reliable/on-time (a rarity these days). We’re sure that there will be more work to come, and they will be our first choice.

Pictures show the completed work. I didn’t have a picture of the disaster that they had to clean up, but the one tree was over 60-ft tall and included branches and trunk prices from other trees in the backyard. The stacked wood is being kept for firewood.

If you need your cleanup project done right, definitely call the Junk Uncles! You’ll be happy you did.

The Junk Uncles team has helped me out numerous times, and every single time they’ve been incredibly reliable and fast! Whether it’s paint cans, a mattress, metal, or other miscellaneous items, they always take care of it and free up space. Their customer service is some of the best. You guys deserve 5 stars.

Dominique, the office manager, helped put me at ease when I needed help at the 11th hour. The team was able to get to the property that day and unload an overloaded dumpster. All while I was out of town. They all went above and beyond with their communication and help. I highly recommend The Junk Uncles!

I cannot speak enough positive things about the Junk Uncles and the amazing job that they did cleaning up my house. There was so much clutter inside the house that is now gone, and you have no idea how big of a relief that is. They worked much faster than I imagined, and everything was done the same day. I would definitely recommend their services and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Below are pictures of the 3 cleared and cleaned rooms that the Junk Uncles did for me. Just imagine all those rooms piled high with furniture, old household items and just overall junk. Also, if you are wanting to support black owned businesses, rest assured this is a great opportunity to get a good service and do something beneficial to strengthing the community.

I had called around to several junk removal places over the last year both local and national, to help unload some of my parents’ belongings. All of those businesses told me to schedule a month (or two or three!) in advance. I don’t get to visit my parents often but when I do, I try to have services done within the time I’m with them. Though discouraged, I googled local services again and this time, The Junk Uncles popped up. My husband and I believe the quirkier the name the better the business. Sure enough, from the first phone call with Dominique, I knew we didn’t have to look any more. I told them what type of things we were getting rid of and they were able to schedule us next day!

Dominique and Jay cleared off my parents lawn of random things we had pulled from the garage and they even carried big bulky metal desks and solid 1980s furniture down from the second story. They worked hard in the sun and moved through cramped and tight corners - all while trading stories and jokes with us.

Dominique and Jay ended up making 2 trips for us, carefully filling each trailer to the brim. Aside from the larger furniture, they also separated the things that could be donated, even offered a donation slip! They took cardboard boxes and some trash to dispose of, then broke down things that weren’t salvageable. They even let my mom take a couple whacks at a bookshelf with a sledgehammer! She had a BLAST! (She’s already told all her friends!)There were pieces of wood and glass everywhere but they cleaned up everything, and in the end it’s like they were never even there!

I will definitely be calling The Junk Uncles again and I will recommend them to all my friends and family who are in similar situations with their folks.

Dominique and Jay, I appreciate you all to no end. You have no idea how much help and relief you have been to my family and I - mostly for my mom. Thank you for not only your IMPECCABLE services but for the memorable conversations and for not making us feel like we are alone in this. You both are AMAZING! May life be AMAZING back to you!

Hired STAR Movers to move a couple of pieces of furniture from house to another. They came on time and were very professional. The final price was actually lower than what I was originally quoted for. I would definitely use them for a bigger move in the future.

The movers did a great job handling a vintage baby grand piano for us!
