I had a fantastic move with Virginia Beach with star movers this weekend. The moving staff was friendly and courteous. The office managers are very helpful and communicative. And the owner Daniel even showed up to help finish my move himself when they were a man down. I appreciate all the help!

I chose Star movers after a google search for a move from my apartment into a storage unit. Luckily they had availability because the two gentleman who arrived were ah-mazing! Customer service aside, they were kind, helpful, and personable. We did a walk through beforehand and they made sure everything was on the truck. Both men were strong too, I couldn’t believe some of the furniture they lifted and moved on their own. Each of my belongings were treated with care. Furniture and such getting wrapped in moving blankets during transport. Everything arrived to the storage unit and they were able to puzzle piece everything into what ended up being a too-small unit. But they triumphed. I’m definitely someone who’s weary of entrusting others with all the things that make my house a home, but this is THE company to choose.

Should I need to move again I’m definitely calling STAR movers in hopes they’ll be available. Hopefully they won’t run for the hills because I gave those two gents a trial; and they were still smiling.

Originally I chose a Veteran owned business in support of our Veterans. My experience with Star Movers was excellent! The company was prompt in returning my calls and addressing all concerns. Moving furniture and appliances, safety first and quality care was taken with my home and furnishings. Floors and furniture wrapped and protected always.

I had a fantastic moving experience with STAR movers! Harrison and Rello took extra care in wrapping up my furniture and treating it with care during the whole process. They both worked quickly and efficiently, even in the crazy heat we had. The whole process was easy and they were very transparent with pricing. Definitely would recommend to a friend and would use again in the future!

The movers did a great job, showing up right on time, working efficiently, and managing a pretty huge move in impressive time. They also did a great job of navigating some difficult layouts without damaging the house or the items. They did an excellent job, were highly professional and hard-working, and showed great experience and skill. The company was also highly responsive, easy to work with, very reasonably priced, and communicative at every step. We definitely recommend them!

Starmovers moved two pianos for me from inside the house down 7 steps into the climate controlled garage. One piano was very heavy. Would recommend their services and call on their services again.

Movers were fast, professional and friendly. Price was very reasonable. I originally had some administrative issues but it sounds like thats the exception and not the norm. Would absolutely hire again !

The movers did a good job. They were on time and nice. With this being an hourly service, however, I do wish they have been more mindful of time. They started off, going kind of slow for three people in my opinion, and once they were asked to speed it up, it was very rushed in the end and things did not get placed in rooms that it should have in the second house. They did not have to do any breaking down. Everything was ready for them to move, but I felt like it took too long, especially for the hourly price.
