I had to move a family member on short notice from Virginia Beach to Chesapeake and had junk to clear out both places appliances, an old hot tub, old mattresses and a bunch of old computers and other electronics. Junkluggers -Southside Hampton Roads was the only company that could make things happen on such a tight schedule. It helped to know that the furniture went to a good cause and wasn't just trashed and ditto for all of my e-junk that these guys knew exactly what to do. It wasn't an easy task with all of constraints associated with my situation. But theses guys were professionals and made things as easy as possible and I feel good about the items they donated - which was really the deal killer for some of the other companies I contacted first. Great pricing too- there was no add ons or any surprises which I was surprised that it was so difficult to get a straight up estimate from others. Definitely will use them again and recommend.!

I booked them late at night for the next morning, and they confirmed right away in the A.M. When they arrived they were on time, and immediately showed respect of my neighbors because their first question was asking where they should park. They were the right blend of friendly and professional, and quickly took away the junk I needed disposed. I was getting rid of a mattress and got to talking to them about how VA doesn't require recycling of mattresses, and they knew all about how some other states were doing it! They also took the time to talk me through their relationship with a donation location. So it's not just lip-service about their eco- and community- focus.

I called them to dispose of a bed and bedframe and they arrived 20 minutes later and they were quick, polite, just real ppl. I even added a piece of furniture that wasn’t previously talked about and they were very accommodating and repriced me very reasonably and adapted on the spot. They were even courteous to not try to dirty up my carpet, 10/5 stars would recommend and use again.
