If you ever get your drone stuck in a tree, they are absolutely the perfect team to rescue it. Hands down, they do an awesome job!

They only trim 30%. In a crowning. Found out after we signed contract. Do not trim around cable wires. Drug branches thru beds we just mulched but did clean up. Workers easy to work with but not owners. We will have to get another company to thin out more . Very disappointed

Another great job by ATC in tight spaces with a crane. Sorry to see this old tree go, but the trunk was compromised and the severe growth angle made it a potential house-breaker. Arbor was fast, efficient, thorough, and safe.

Everyone we have dealt with at Arbor Tree Care Inc. has been kind and helpful. They were prompt and when they accidentally broke our mailbox they were kind about it and fixed it for us. They had to remove and grind 12 trees and stumps and did it in only a few hours! I will recommend them to anyone!

Arbor Tree is expert tree remover. Workers are skilled, have all equipment needed, and thoroughly clean up debris. I felt my house was safe as they removed huge pines nearby. I have used them twice and will again.

This review is in response to Sara Hall's review that was posted a few hours ago. It was my parent's home that Arbor Tree Care removed the tree from this afternoon, and I was there during the tree removal process. Karen's, I mean Sara's, review is not true at all, and I don't believe she took time out of her life to write a false review of a company she has never had the pleasure, unlike my parents, of doing business with. There was a team of about 7 men, in maybe 3-4 trucks, 1 of which housed a crane, that removed a tree from my parent's property today. A property they own, in a neighborhood they've lived for over 35 years. All of the men were very professional during the entire process and displayed a large amount of patience and understanding with my parents today, who admittedly were not as prepared as they should've been, and did not alert their neighbors of the 2-3 hour disruption due to the noise and added traffic on the street. My dad usually handles these types of services, but Sara, and everyone else on that row of townhomes, knows my dad has been sick over the last two years, and unfortunately, is no longer able to handle these things. That has left my mother, who has never handled business, to suddenly tend to everything, and she is often overwhelmed, which is why I was there during the tree removal process today. My sister and I try to step in and help my parents as much as we can, but like everyone else, we lead busy lives as well, and cannot always catch things before they get too out of hand. So for that, I will apologize and take the blame, but Arbor Tree Care is not at fault for anything. At NO time during the 2-3 hour process was Sara's house blocked, and I have video proof of that. Sara, I am at my parent's house every day. I drive a Black Acura TL. If you'd like, you can ring my parent's doorbell anytime you see my car there, and we can speak in more detail regarding whatever your issue is, but during that conversation I will be sure to remind you, because you clearly forgot, how my mother has been the consummate neighbor to you, and everyone else in that row of townhomes and how she cuts ALL of your, YOU included, grass every week to two weeks during the spring/summer/early fall when she cuts her own grass. And you've been living there at least 2-3 years, so you do the math. That is a lot of her time that she has freely and joyously given to you, and you can't deal with a 2-3 hour distraction of noise and increased traffic, because again, you were NEVER blocked in. Shame on you!!! If you are blessed enough to live on this earth 70+ years, I hope someone who is younger than you, physically and mentally healthier than you, and stronger than you displays compassion towards you, although you can't seem to display it to others. If the last 12-14 months has taught us nothing else, it should have taught us all to be more compassionate, more loving, more understanding and all-around better people. It has definitely taught me all those things, but it has also shown me that if people don't have anything else, they have the audacity. Please do better!

The crew was prompt, efficient, and very pleasant. I was worried that they would tear up my lawn with the heavy equipment, but they did an amazing job of putting down protectors so that the lawn was fine. Amazing!

I have a multi-country industrial and commercial contracting background. The nuances of large projects with high risk and significant serious equipment is difficult for a homeowner to consider and engage. In my search and interviews with six potential tree removal trimming companies, Arbor rose to the top of the list quickly.

In the pre-operation scope of work definition and in my case, being on the water, engagement with appropriate environmental regulatory personnel, Arbor, was fully engaged and fluid in our defining the scope over time. In addition, their pricing was agreeable and based on a professional analysis of equipment use, labor recognition and coordination, logistics, staging and clean up.

Arbors, back office was fully engaged, available and knowledgeable…and quite frankly enjoyable to work with.

The operation was a delightful orchestration of movement and implementation, always with the view of protecting my assets and insuring the neighbors and neighborhood were not impacted.

This business does NOT disappoint. On time, professional, attention to detail and clean up is immaculate. Everyone (and they have a very large crew) was so courteous! I didn’t need a tree cutting business (though they do remove trees upon request) but needed arborists who knew the needs of grooming trees. I could not be happier with the job that they did on all 10 trees! Thank you! I highly recommend!

I needed two trees trimmed and wanted it done before hurricane season. The office contacted me immediately and after a week of rain I was given a service date for two weeks in the future. Well before that date I was called and asked if I wanted it done that afternoon. The crew was great!! I was kept informed from beginning to end and consulted to make sure it was what I wanted. I will definitely use this company in the future.

This past spring, a dead tree on the Dominion Power right of way broke and fell on the high voltage power line which, in turn, fell and started a fire on the front of our wooded lot. We lost not only a large pine in the fire, but about 50 or more smaller trees and shrubs. USAA homeowners said they would cover part of the damage if we got an estimate from a certified Arborist. I called several in the area, but only Arbor Tree Care responded and came out. Ricky, the estimator, was about as nice a guy as I've ever met. He gave us a written estimate and when called upon, communicated with the insurance adjuster to describe the work that needed to be done, which helped settle the claim quickly. Arbor Tree Care brings a quality of work that is rarely seen , everyone on the crew where highly qualified to insure safety and diligence on the removal of 2 Gum trees in my back yard.
This was a challenging job as we have 2 pergolas , a fire pit, 3 fish ponds and a huge greenhouse in the back yard.
Gary did a fabulous job figuring and making the tree removal a huge success.
If you are looking for a Quality and Professional company with very fair prices than please look no further.

In a townhome community they blocked the street for at least 14 homes while removing a neighbor's tree. There was no advanced notice and when I returned from an appointment and couldn't access my driveway I asked how long they would be - and I was just got a blank stare and a shrug. I had to climb over the tree with my dog - and they didn't even stop using their chainsaw.

Will never use this company!

I had to raise my voice over the work being done. The owner stayed defensive the entire time. Look at her other responses to negative reviews. She continued to force that the neighbor doing the work should have been the one to communicate the issue. However even the VB trash collection had to make adjustments due to her workers blocking the road. While their clients may be happy with the work done. The owner was unprofessional and could not see ANY fault in her company. 1 star review stands - lack of professionalism is evident. I will encourage others to avoid this company.
