This was my first time asking for professional help, I’m usually a DIY person. Service was speedy and great quality. Way better than I expected. Definitely recommend Chop & Drop if you’re looking to get rid of unsightly brush and trees or if you’re just looking to make a change to your property.

I cannot recommend Chop & Drop Tree Service, LLC. highly enough! After seeing a flurry of positive reviews on Nextdoor, I reached out for an estimate to remove a large tree. The owner, Andrew, responded promptly and came out to assess the situation within two days. I was pleasantly surprised to find that his pricing was not only fair but also more competitive than others in the area.

From the start, Andrew showed a level of professionalism that was truly commendable. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very respectful, putting me at ease about the whole process. His team arrived within a week to tackle the job, and I was blown away by their precision and skill. They expertly removed a large tree situated between two houses, as well as another sizable tree near our driveway, without any issues. What stood out most was Andrew's communication throughout the day. He kept my mother and me informed about the progress, which made the experience all the more pleasant. They finished the job in record time, maintaining a clean work area and hauling everything away efficiently. Our neighbors were equally impressed – they came out to comment on how amazing everything looked and praised Chop & Drop for their great work.

Absolutely amazing company to work with. I got a quote on Tuesday and the work was done Friday. Open communication the entire time they were on property, with photos periodically to show the work being done. They even sent me pictures from the tops of the trees where I had no idea they were rotted.
Everything looks amazing; they even cleaned up all of the spiky balls In both the front and backyard. I could not be more pleased! Definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises!

Chop and Drop Tree Service is Outstanding. They came out on a Saturday Fouth of July weekend at 0730 am for an estimate. The job was completed by 1030 am that very same day. Complete professionals. I recommend then without hesitation.

I had tree removal service with Chop and drop in July 2024. I was reluctant to write this review but I feel it is necessary. Andrew was my point of contact. He was pleasant and knowledgeable upon my consultation and prior to contract to begin services. The agreement was to cut and grind the stumps of 11 pine trees. When there was approximately one tree standing, I began receiving phone calls from Andrew asking for payment in full. I spoke to Andrew and reminded him of our contract and that payment would be made upon completion of the job. I continued to receive phone calls for payment once the trees were cut, without the stump grinding as agreed. My husband was out of town during the job and I had to have him speak with Andrew regarding payment due upon completion of services, after multiple calls and text messages. A stump grinding company came two days after trees were cut and “so called” grinded 10/11 stumps, stating he could not get to the last one because of green box in the yard. Andrew adjusted invoice and I paid for the work done. The stump grinding was sub par compared to what was promised and compared to images on the website of similar work. In addition to poor customer service the logs that were cut remained on the street for over a week after the service.
It seemed as if the company literally took the money and ran. I would never recommend or do business with this company again.

We needed a large tree removed to prepare for a pool installation. We received estimates from 3 different companies and Chop and Drop was not only the most inexpensive but they were the easiest to schedule. The process was quick and easy and we are very happy with the results.

I recently hired Chop & Drop Tree Service for a large business property job, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. From the moment I submitted a quote request, Andrew, our point of contact, was fantastic - quick to get out here, provide a quote and clearly explaining their strategy and benefits of their services. The entire experience was seamless, and the price was absolutely with the exceptional service we received.

On Thursday evening, October 24th, well after end of business, I submitted a request to have a quote done for a job and just in case the stars aligned, I asked for a next day appointment. Within minutes, I had a confirmed appointment for Andrew to be at our property by 9:30 AM the next morning, Friday, October 25th!

I chose Chop & Drop as a second quote for a job needed on a business property to offer the owners for the needed service. Andrew’s service plan surpassed the quantity and quality of the first quote and he thoroughly explained the price difference in the quotes between his and the other provider I had come out. He was also able to promise to have his team and the job done expeditiously.

We accepted his offer and his team came out today, October 28th by 10:30am. They were in and out, with the least amount of disturbance to our operations and it was great to watch his team work so collaboratively and efficiently.

We received exceptional service from start to finish. The crew was efficient, safety-conscious, and highly skilled. Our trees were expertly pruned and the property was left spotless. Professional, affordable, and dependable- highly recommended!

This tree removal service was AMAZING to work with! A little bit of context before adding my review. The house that was previously on my lot before my house was burned down. The flames were so large it reached the top of our tree we had cut down and killed most of the tree. I would also like to mention I live in a new build home so my yard was muddy and soft from all the rain we had been getting. We had no grass in the area the workers were working at. The workers worked fast, safely and were very very kind. While removing a large branch, when they had secured it before cutting it, a larger piece of the branch had hit the trunk broke off and hit my roof really hard. Workers immediately stopped contacted their supervisor who then immediately sent out their roofing company on call and they were here within the hour to fix the shingles that had been uplifted from the branch. It was not the fault of the workers as I had witnessed it. They were extremely apologetic and were quick to correct the problem! The branch hitting my roof couldn’t have been prevented at all because the tree was so dead branches kept crumbling just from being touched. They worked all day (Friday) and came back the next day to fix up my yard just a little more (Saturday) before coming back on Monday to grind the stump down and remove the mulch. They made my yard look good as new again and it looks like a tree was never even there! We loved working with them so much we called them out again to have something else removed along our fence line before our fence is installed! Thank you for making our yard safe and for removing that tree. I no longer have to worry about wind storms and big branches falling and hitting our house anymore!

We are very happy with the professionalism from first contact through project completion. Andrew was great and Ed and crew were top-notch. Competitive and rare "can do" attitude. We had a big project which was completed in a single day.

We had 5 very large trees at our house that needed to be cut down to the ground. They came out asap for an estimate, which was very reasonable, and scheduled us the following week.
The work was done quickly and the team did a great job maintaining a clean workspace throughout the process, blowing debris out if the street as needed. They cut the trees, removed the limbs, ground the stumps, and spread the mulch. We definitely plan to use this company in the future, and recommend them to anyone who needs a trim or trees taken down.

The level of customer service received , the communication and care they took for my yard and home could not have been better.

Pictures were sent by the company and my insurance agent was able to get back with me the same day - they were more than pleased.

Crew Foremen on the job and other team members were polite, courteous and pleasant. Both Ed and Charlie were patient and explained the job, tree health and importance of preservation - I couldn't ask for better customer service .

I have replied to my ins. company and sent them a firm recommendation endorsing Chop & Drop for them to suggest to other clients .

I was also pleased to learn they had many different types of payment options making the work extremely affordable.

I came across Chop and Drop Tree Service after another tree company didn’t show up or call during my scheduled time for an estimate. I’m glad the other company failed or I wouldn’t have known about this company.
Andrew was very responsive and came out the same day within 30 minutes to give an estimate. The price was reasonable but the scheduling may have been a mishap but it happens. We rescheduled due to weather but they came out the next morning and removed and cleared everything very quickly.
I will use Chop and Drop from now on for any upcoming needs.
