Christian and his team were very professional and efficient! He kept me updated throughout every step from the quote to the scheduled date to prune my old oak tree. They even worked around the squirrel’s and raccoon’s nests with precision! My oak looks so healthy and happy and I have so much more sunlight on my front yard :). Highly recommend KONO

I had ION Solar install panels on the house and was told in the beginning I needed to get the old maple down in front of the house because it would block a ton of sun during the day. ION had a company that was going to do it but was having a hard time getting the tree scheduled. They said they would be able to do it on Friday.. then Monday.. so I took time off to be at the house. Monday came and noone showed. ION called. And they could come because of a 20 minute early morning down pour... the only rain that happened that whole day... then I called the company the next 3 days. They couldn't tell me when they could do it. I was livid. I got Christian's number from Steve who signed me up for the solar panels and it was amazing speaking with him about the tree and issues I was having for 2.5 months. It only took him a week and a half to come out and take the tree down with the team! Watching the 6 guys decimate the maple in 2.5 hours from start to finish clean up was amazing! They work SOOOO well as a team! I loved the communication I had with the company and the team when they were on site! It was great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND KONO TREE CARE!

Christian and his team were prompt, efficient and and did a great job removing one big tree and pruning another. They had to drop some branches in our neighbors yard which made me a little nervous, but all went great and they removed everything like it was never there. I would definitely recommend them. Very timely in their response and reasonable price.

I had an amazing experience with Kono tree service! They cut down a huge crepe myrtle in my yard and pruned the other one, and the results were perfect. The crew clearly knew what they were doing—well trained, professional, and efficient from start to finish.

I'm having my roof replaced and needed to have my trees trimmed beforehand. Thankfully Christian with Kono Tree Care was able to fit me in.
He clearly explained what was best for the health of my 2 Oak Trees, and wow, what a great job they did. They actually look taller now, wish I had some before pictures. His team took great care of the items that I left in their way, sorry about that. Cleaned up afterwards. Excellent service!

Removed 2 large sweet gum trees in less than 3 hours! Super quick work. They were on time and used a large crane over top our house. They made a hard location work and we appreciate it. Price was great and the best out of all the quotes we received. Definitely consider these guys.

Kono Tree Care needs to be your first call for any of your Tree Service needs. Christian and his team are not only very professional and punctual, but they were also very respectful of my property and my neighbors property. This is an extremely well run team, from the minute they arrived you could tell that every member of the team knew exactly what their role was and they got right to work. I had a tree removed and several branches from neighboring trees removed from hanging over my yard, they completed the work much quicker than I expected. I was very happy with the cost of the service and how easy it was to get an estimate and schedule the work. I would recommend Kono Tree Care to anyone looking for any of the services they provide!

Kono came out and absolutely killed it! The way I found kono was on Facebook and the price they gave me made me think it was one guy and a truck. I was sadly mistaken when they had a fleet of professional, clean and maintained equipment ready to go and tackle my tree that was annoying me! They made quick work of it and I couldn’t be happier with the results! This mulberry tree was posing a big risk for our dogs, one being a service dog, and it had to go asap, and they were here as soon as they could have been! 11/10 would recommend!

We had Kona Tree Care come out to remove an old River Birch tree in our backyard and a tree that was between our driveway and my neighbors, and they trimmed up my Elm tree in my front yard. This crew is amazing. They worked quickly & efficiently and were very respectful. Christian is very knowledgeable & very thorough. Highly recommend Kono tree service! They cut an 80 foot tree that was split. They were highly proficient using skid steers to load the branches into the wood chipper and thoroughly cleaned up. It was like they were never there reasonably priced and very professional even did some extra branches that I cut and took those for me as well. I would recommend to other’s in the Hampton Roads area.

Excellent tree care company. I was extraordinarily impressed with the exceptional skills of this team. Christian gave us a reasonable quote to remove a comprised Cypress tree that was positioned dangerously close to live power lines. The team worked efficiently together to get the tree down safely and quickly. Clean up was immaculate, zero debris left behind. Beyond thrilled we chose this company for a job well done.
