I had Conleys come out and clean 4 bedrooms and my staircase. He arrived right on time, explained the service to me, and got right to work. Very friendly and personable. My carpet is older and had some pet stains and teenager wear on it. He did a fantastic job and I'm thrilled with the results. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

This is the best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever had. Our carpets actually look brand new. Tyler was also so friendly, on time, and very knowledgeable. I can’t recommend Conleys enough!

Recently moved into a home and needed to have some tile floors seriously cleaned. So glad we found Conley's Carpet Cleaning Plus! Tyler was not only super friendly and professional to deal with, but also had an impressive work ethic - great communication with emails and phone calls, showed up as scheduled, and was not satisfied unless he produced the high quality result he was looking for. The grout on our floors was pretty bad and some areas just didn't want to come clean. Tyler went above and beyond to clean those stubborn areas and even ended up breaking one of his tools in the process :( Because the cleaning didn't exceed his expectations, he wouldn't take payment for the full quoted amount (which was very reasonably priced!) until he comes back next week to tackle those areas again. My husband and I are so excited that our floors are clean and look as good as they do - we highly recommend Conley's Carpet Cleaning Plus!! We're blown away by the difference so far (pics attached). Tyler, many thanks again to you!! We plan to get carpet soon and we definitely know who we'll be calling in the future for cleaning :)

UPDATE 10/28/20
Just had Tyler come out again, this time to steam clean our sectional sofa. We had one section in storage for several months and it unfortunately got covered with dust and pollen. Now it feels like new again and the whole sectional smells better than new! Tyler is one of the nicest guys to do business with - we truly appreciate his wonderful customer service and the quality of work that he does!!

I spoke with owner Tyler Conley about cleaning my carpets on very short notice. He accommodated me without hesitation and sent his son over the following day. The carpets were absolutely filthy from tenants, but were expertly cleaned and looked far better than I expected when completed. The cost was quite reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company!

We had many severe and old dog stains, and Gabe got them ALL cleaned up! We have had our carpets cleaned professionally before but they have never been this clean. There were stains that have survived multiple cleanings, but Gabe was able to get them up. I’m so impressed. Gabe was also pleasant, courteous, professional, and made me feel at ease having him in the house. I would highly recommend Conley’s to anyone. I plan to use them again.

Not only is Tyler’s customer service awesome, he does a great job and explains what he’s doing and why. He cleaned out my dryer vent which was super gross plus fixed the vent in the wall that was very dented and made sure it wouldn’t come unhooked again.

He also cleaned our 2 upstairs carpets and they look brand new!! He does such a great job every time we make an appointment. Best carpet cleaner in Chesapeake!

Conley carpet cleaning is very awesome. I am very happy and satisfied with the work done by Gabe. They are reputable and reliable. I called during holidays, they immediately returned my call. My carpet looks so clean and pristine. Gabe put so much effort. He made it sure that everything was done well. I will absolutely use them again for my future carpet cleaning.

Office Pride has done amazing since they started in my buildings. Of course there were a few kinks to work out but the Area Manager Crystal is amazing and responsive to any issues we have!

Called twice, spoke to Jessica who was going to have her associate call me to set up a walk through and provide a quote. But Both times she assured he would call, and he never did. So I gladly hired another company. Really sad they didn't even call in today's times. Lucky for the other company!!

My personal experience with Office Pride was not a good one. They do not give a straight answer. You are given a different answer every time you call. Each encounter with them they seemed as if they were not prepared. Unprofessional and will give you the run around. I suggest you don't waste your time.

I discovered Office Pride while generating quotes and searching online for a janitorial business for my employer, J.C. Driskill, Inc. We are a prominent electrical contractor, with a niche in government work. Our facility is an office of 15 workers, with an attached warehouse, all together approximately 6500 sq.ft. When I first started in my current position, the contracted janitorial service had been cleaning the office for more than 6 years. The work was inconsistent at best and the staff frequently changed. Todd Jones was thorough during his initial walk-through and he provided estimates promptly. He outlined a few options, with scopes mirroring that of our previous cleaning service contract and honoring our previous contract’s six-year old pricing for our initial six months. Todd followed up to answer any of my questions and visited the office one more time to introduce me to Vanessa and Carlos Toro, the team who would be in charge of our office cleanings. I signed the contract with Office Pride immediately.
