We were in search of a commercial cleaning company to service our medical facility in Chesapeake, VA. Office Pride has been terrific! Not only have they provided us with exceptional cleaning services, they have been prompt to answer any questions and provide us with additional cleaning services outside of our contract, i.e. carpet cleaning. I highly recommend Office Pride. I have tried other commercial cleaning services and they provide quality service for a little while then slack off. Office Pride has been consistent with providing us with quality services.

Office Pride does an excellent job maintaining our office space. They are detail-oriented, professional, and the staff is so friendly. They can be relied on for quality and consistent service. The team at Office Pride have been taking care of our office in Virginia Beach for almost 4 years now. Their staff is wonderful, and they do the best job for us. We love starting the week with a sparkling clean office! The cleaning crew comes out to our office 3 times a week and they always do a great job. Office Pride is able to do much more than weekly cleaning and takes care of all of our floor polishing and carpet cleaning as well when we need those special services. Management is very responsive. Communication and feedback is excellent. They are quick to make any adjustments when necessary or when requested. The cleaning team has been great in maintaining and following our office building's security procedures. All services that Office Pride have provided are excellent and they take pride in what they do.

The team supervisor and regional supervisor have always been very friendly and easy to get a hold of. The cleaning crew does a good job and when there was an issue it was fixed right away. Since I've been with my company we have had three cleaning crews and Office Pride is the best by far.

Unfortunately we had to switch cleaning companies because of the inconsistent job that Office Pride cleaners did. The building was frequently dirty, part of this was due to the frequent turnaround of cleaners. I do have to say that the area supervisor was always quick to respond, But that is not enough to have us continue with Office Pride.

Office Pride Cleaning Services is always thorough in their cleaning and consistent throughout our office. The manager, Crystal, went the extra mile when spot cleaning our carpet. Very friendly and personable!

I have a 4 bedroom, stairs and a big playroom. My carpets look brand new and smell so good!! Great Quality cleaning!! I’m really happy with their work.

BEST! BEST! BEST! Let me tell you about these guys! First, we called them simply to schedule our annual required carpet cleaning. We had a spot in the bedroom that was really bothering us but thought it would cost $50 or more to remove the spot so we decided not to mention it. Not only did they steam clean, deodorize and deflea the carpet for us at a better price than the big companies, but they also removed that spot FOR FREE! Next, we had a water leak and called them to take care of the spot where the water leak happened. We were leaving to go out of town and I told him to please come out as early as possible...30 minutes later they were in my house cleaning not only the spot, but the entire upstairs hallway, plus a spot that was noticed on a step in the stairwell. We did not ask them to do this, but their team went above and beyond what was asked. That is true customer service and because of their attention to detail and commitment to their clients, I took the time out of my day to give them 5 stars!!!!! Bravo team XSteam! BRAVO!!!

Darrin and his team provided EXCELLENT service for our carpet care!! Fast and efficient!! Our carpets look close to "new" after their care. We needed help to clean the carpets at a rental property where the tenant had two dogs. We were nervous about getting rid of the odor that comes with pets. It now smells fresh and clean in the condo and the carpets look better than we expected! (We vacuumed pet hair up SEVERAL times in advance - I'm not sure if Xstreme also provides this service or not) They were very easy to schedule and work with!!! I will definitley call them again and I've already shared their phone number! Planning to schedule them to come to our primary residence! :) Thank you Darrin and team!!!

I called Xstream last minute since the original company I had scheduled did not show or respond to my messages. Not only did they come out the very next day, they were on time, did a GREAT job and were completely pleasant to work with. My old carpet looks new again. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Bobby for your hard work!

Bobby was absolutely great! He laid out everything step by step from the beginning and was super friendly the entire time. My carpet looks great! I had everywhere from coffee and wine to paint and gum on my carpet. They are finally gone and I am super happy. Great experience with this company. Will be coming to them again.
