Instead of telling me right away whether or notThis company could come out, this company took my number. By the time I got a call back, I had found another company who scheduled my service call right away. The man asked if I found his number on Google and I said yes.
Then he told me I had cost him $50 for the call. Is this anyway to treat a potential customer? -
