I purchased a FULL HVAC install and they forgot to hook up some wires that would allow the system to work. I called them to come finish the install so the system would work probably and they want to charge me an additional $300+ to basically finish the install properly which I had already paid for. They sent a service guy and he said he had to charge me $96 for the visit and if I wanted him to hook up the wires that should have already been hooked up during the install, then that would call me an additional $300+. F...ing ridiculous. I will never use Sears again for anything. $18,000 for a system that doesn't work properly. Dual fuel system (Heat pump with backup Oil Furnace Heat), but the wires to make the backup heat turn on are not even hooked up and they WON'T hook them up unless I pay them more money. Really sad....
