Always have a great experience when I run into the crews and my yard always looks good!!

one of their drivers followed me home and returned with his dog to intimidate me. months later he followed me to a parking lot to circle and intimidate me. all in the company vehicle. (ulx-4546) he drove right up to me snatched my phone out of my hand and tried to drive off with it. then threw it to the ground breaking it after witnesses started recording. i smelled alcohol on his breath. im currently trying to obtain the video footage. police report was placed but i dont know the guys name and the manager wont get back to me even though he know what happened. bad customer service bad morals.

These people have the worst customer service skills and very unreliable. They will set an appointment and then not show up and not call to tell you they wont be there. You will need to reach back out to them to see what happened, just for them to tell you that they got busy with so many requests and clearly ours wasnt as important. Not sure how these people are still in business, treating their clients like they dont matter. Do not book unless you dont care when they come by: this week, next week, next month or perhaps next year when they have time for you.

Under promised and over delivered. I couldn't be more pleased with our lawn. Thomas and his crew were here on time and did a great job installing edging, mulch, and trimming. Thanks again for your hard work and dedication. Highly recommended.

Almost hired this company because they do frequent work for my next-door neighbor. However the last time they serviced my neighbor's lawn they cut several vines and bushes from her side of the fence and allowed them fall to my side of the yard leaving me to clean up their mess. Unprofessional to say the least.

I would highly recommend GCL to anyone looking to improve their landscaping / lawn . Kyle is very knowledgeable and gave us some great suggestions on how we could bring our lawn back to life .

Cannot get a response for a quote. We have left 2 voicemails and sent 1 email. We have used Green Collar Landscaping in the past and were very pleased with their work and that is why we wanted them to help us with another project. Am very disappointed and surprised that we have not heard from them. It has been 7 business days.

Was driving from Bentley Gate when one of the trucks laden with a trailer pulled out in front of me. The other truck was already in the right lane and was going about 25 mph. When I was able, I switched lanes to go around the truck in front of me, and then switched lanes again to make a left hand turn (using my signal and obeying the speed limit). Gave the driver behind me the thumbs down for pulling out in front of me like that. The driver (large white bald male) aggressively followed me, acted like he was going to rear end me, spoke profanity over his speaker (who has that??) and when I came to a stop shouted at me to "Get out BIG BOY, we'll show you something".
Would NOT want someone like that mowing my lawn.

I was looking for a company that could provide a fall cleanup. I was very impressed with the services offered by Green Collar. Thomas the owner is exceptional. Great customer service and attention to detail. I added on extra services after my initial quote. I will be using Green Collar regularly.

I’m not sure if the company just doesn’t care or the employees disregard the supervisors. However I have reached out on numerous occasions with email/ picture 5/6 times to politely ask them to not have their employees mow into my yard with no response to my last two emails. The first email to them in the spring, I was told a note was added and it stopped for a couple weeks. Now for whatever reason, time or laziness they jump on their riding lawn mower and continue to do so. My neighbors like their yard really short, that doesn’t mean I want mine cut that short. I have fescue primarily in my front lawn and have spent years getting it healthy. Just in case fescues should be cut long 3.5-4 inches. I would appreciate a stop to this immediately. In case you have issues with the photos. I can post here if needed. Looking forward to hear a corrective action from you soon.

I used them for many years on and off while deployed in the military . They are the best.
