Alleys Tree Service did a wonderful job pruning my crepe myrtle tree's. They did an awesome job and even cleaned up all of the debris. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have tree work done. Job well done.

They delivered everything they promised and so much more. I would use them again. The best money I ever spent. Out of seven quotes for my project they were next to the last. My quotes ranged from 6,500 to 1,500. They ere the only ones who stated they wouldn't have to remove my fence. All of the others said they would have to remove a section of my fence but tgey wouldn't be able to put it back when done. Alley's Tree Service has the right state of the art equipment to get the job done quickly and the hauled my cedar tree away. When they grounded my stump the spread the mulch in my flower beds when they were done. They were outstanding and I would use them again.

Alley's Tree did a fantastic job in cutting down my unusual tree in my backyard. Chris and his crew had the tree down and cleaned up within 2 hours, even my wife was amazed at the job they performed. I had one problem thou. I didn't think that the crew cut down the stump that low to the ground. I emailed Chris on Sunday morning to let him know just that. I figured that ne would schedule it when he was in the neighborhood again. I found him in my driveway Sunday afternoon ready to work on cutting the stump down. What a guy! In the beginning his quote was very fair, so fair that I didn't take the time to request quotes from other companies. I have rated the job performance a solid ten!

Chris and his crew did an awesome job trimming two large oak trees in my backyard that had been neglected for a while. The trees look great. Not only did they do a great job on the trees they did a great job cleaning up and hauling everything away. I will definitely be calling them for any future tree services.

Alleys was very competitive. Very responsive to questions and concerns. The pine tree was huge and between buildings but Chris had maneuvered his state of the art crane/grapple/saw professionally. They had the double trunk tree down and completely cleaned up in just 3 hours.
Would recommend them to anyone and will use them again for tree service.

I highly recommend Alleys Tree Service. Chris and his crew did an excellent job removing a dead pine tree in our yard that had been hit by lightning a few years ago. Very professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable and they had the job done in no time.

I contacted this company for an estimate. The owner (Chris) came out in a timely manner and was very personable and gave an estimate to remove two large trees from our yard that were hanging over our roof. We accepted the estimate and he scheduled the work for three weeks out. The day he was supposed to do the work he called to say he was running a little late and asked if he could do the work the following week when he would already be in my neighborhood. Since he mentioned only running a little late and I had waited three weeks and blocked this work in my schedule, I told him I preferred for it to still be done that day if possible. He mentioned he was doing a large job in Chesapeake but would call back when he knew more about how long that would take. I never heard from him again....literally ever again. I emailed later that evening since I hadn't heard from him asking for an update and when he was planning to reschedule, with no response. I waited a few days and then called and left a voicemail, also with no response. I waited a week from when the work was initially scheduled and I sent one more email and and have yet to ever hear back from the owner. I ended up going with another company after being ghosted by Chris and really needing these trees taken down. I am aware things come up and life happens but communication goes a long way and this was an overall disappointing experience.

Alleys did a great job for a great price - they gave us the best estimate out of 5 different contractors, and they were the only contractor that had the special equipment to reach our tree in the backyard by crane, so we didn't have to take down our privacy fence. All the other estimates I got said we would need to remove our fence. Definitely recommend as a good value!

I highly recommend! After many quotes, they were cheaper by thousands and it took a quarter of the time that it took my neighbors house to get done. They were fast, efficient, kind, professional, neat and clean. They cared about the health of the tree and made it look beautiful instead of all chopped up. You can tell this company loves what they do!

I wanted to take this opportunity to share my experience with Chris from Allie's Tree Service in Virginia Beach I met Chris several years ago when I needed some work to be done and he was prompt, efficient and did a wonderful job. That's the reason that anytime I need a tree removed I always go back to him to have it done. Recently I needed him again and as usual he was there on time and did a phenomenal job. I have used Alleys Tree Service over 4 times. They have pruned my trees three times (2 trees recently). They have cut down 2 huge pine trees that were very close to the house and removed 3 more trees. Each time I have had the trees removed I also had the stumps ground down. Obviously I am very happy with the job that they do as I continue to use their service. I have no reservation in recommending them to anyone requiring tree service. We are now looking at planting two new trees because I have had to remove every tree I had. 1 was cited by the city, 1 was just ugly, 1 pine tree limb broke during a windy day and went through my roof (removed pine trees) and 1 was a nuisance tree (sweet gum).

I had several companies come out in the beginning which included an arborist to provide estimates and Alley beat them all. My only complaint would be the yard damage they left during the most recent job. They have assured me that they will return and fix the damage caused by the truck they had to park on the grass (they did use wood to park their truck it was really a matter of all of the rain we’ve recently had).

Their prices have increased like everything else but if you are looking for a company that does great work and offers fair prices; this is the company you want to use. I would also suggest that you look at having your work done in their least busiest season (I would think but I would ask)

Alleys Tree Service is fantastic, Chris and his crew removed a 40 ft tall Oak in my backyard that was a difficult job for others but not Chris! He and his crew was on time very professional and cleaned up after the work was complete! Highly recommended, just a great tree removal company!

I had a special tree that needed some dead limbs cut off. They took great care of the tree so as not to harm it and assessed it and took care of any issues, like mistletoe, while up in there. Very nice and helpful crew that even helped push my car out of the way since the battery had gone dead. Chris was great to work with during the entire process from estimating to completion. I highly recommend this company for any tree work you need done, especially if it is a special tree that has meaning and sentimental value!

Chris did a great job at removing the tree from my backyard, and he was diligent with completing the work after I called and fund some of the stum still there. I would definitely recommend him, and price was very reasonable.

I got several quotes to remove a tree in my front yard at the oceanfront, just next to a powerline. Several companies indicated the job would be difficult for them due to the positioning of the tree, but Chris didn't posture for better pricing or pressure me to 'get on the schedule' during the visit. It turns out he was confident because he had the best tools for the job. The equipment pictured cuts the limbs individually and carefully lowers them to ground level. He was able to take down the tree in 2 hours without a single mark on the concrete or damage to the lot. Amazing! I will definitely be using them again for future tree removal projects.
