Seth was able to come out almost immediately and was able to diagnose the issue quickly (and didn't make me feel dumb after trying to diagnose it myself lol). Definitely recommend if you need someone you can trust and who isn't just trying to sell you crap you don't need.

The service that was done by Sean & Jerry was very professional. They were in and out in 2 hours installing a hot water heater. They explained what they were doing and why. Very appreciated.

Service First Heating and Air are our go-to guys for HVAC work. Came out last week for a furnace tune-up and scheduled installation of some ductwork and vents in our basement. Sean and Jerry showed up right on time, gave an estimated 2-hours completion time, and finished in just under that. Both were incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They even asked about how we plan on finishing the basement ceiling before they put ducts in, taking care not to make our future project more difficult than necessary. Even sounded like they were having fun while working, which is always a great sign. This company and all of the employees/employer that we have interacted with are truly the best and I plan on using this company as long as I can!

Service First was recommended by a builder who recently completed a detached garage build. Eric came out and addressed multiple issues with our system. The work was thorough and he explained each problem and the recommended solution. Communication & service were excellent!

Eric was awesome! He volunteered his time to come over and check out my unit after he was done installing the one next-door. I was so surprised at how willing he was and how easy of a process it was. I really appreciated his kindness, and his follow through… even when running into a wasps nest. What a stud. What a company. 5-stars all day, every day.

The household oil burning furnace failed on Saturday, 1 Nov. Service First Heating responded to my calls and installed oil burning furnace and new air conditioning system on Monday, 10 Nov. They worked hard throughout the day and had to make several adaptations to a 68 year old house whose previous owner did many "home handyman" modifications. But they stuck with the job until they had it completed, correctly. I am impressed. I will gladly recommend their service,

I’ve had two separate service interactions with Service First. On both occasions, the technicians were helpful, respectful and in no way pushy. I did not feel like I was interacting with a salesman. I would trust them with all of my HVAC needs at this point. Bonus points - they are extremely timely. If they say they will be there at 10am, they are there at 10am.

Would highly recommend Service First, they were on time, professional and did as they promised. They don't try to upsell you, the do a real diagnostic of you system to find the problem. Mine was a heating problem and it was fixed quickly and was fairly priced. Do your self a favor and call Service First for your Heating and HVAC needs.

Jerry Harris arrived at our home yesterday morning exactly on time. He then spent the following two hours inspecting the HVAC system in our attic. When he was finished Jerry provided a very detailed review of the system and his recommendations for an upgrade. His review included detailed photos of the system and identification of all the issues he found. He did not sugar coat anything which I very much appreciated. He also did not try to sell me anything that was not a requirement for a new system.

Jerry is a consummate professional and an excellent representative of his firm.

Extremely happy with Service First. The most important thing is that they know what they are doing and are good in diagnosing the problem. I found them to be honest in pinpointing problems that were beyond repair before replacing my heating system. Eric, who did the replacement, was pleasant and knowledgeable and I appreciate his suggestion regarding another heating system in my house.that I will have them come back and work on. I highly recommend Service First and they will be the only people I will deal with from now on.
