Service First was quick and responsive when our furnace stopped working. They identified the problem and presented me with multiple options to accommodate different price points. They didn't try to pressure me into any particular options, but instead provided me with plenty of information so that I could make an informed decision. It was finally time to get my 25-year-old AC in my Manassas home replaced, so I called a few places to get some estimates, and Jerry from Service First was one of the people to come out. He was very thorough and did a great job going over my options. He really listened to what I was looking for. His estimate was very reasonable, and he and Eric came out a few days later to do the job. I couldn't have been more impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and their effort (replacing a full AC system is no small job!). By mid-afternoon that day I had a sweet new 2 ton Bryant AC/heat pump, and after a couple of weeks and some mid-90s weather I'm loving my new AC system. My experience with Service First was great. Jerry and Eric were total pros, and on top of that they're just good people (they really like dogs, what more do I have to say?). Give them a call, you won't be sorry!

Seth and his team installed new HVAC in our house and serviced and cleaned the upstairs zone. All awesome work! They did the whole thing in a day. When they left they said it might take several hours to cool the whole house. Less than two hours later, the house is very cool and no humidity! Highly recommend Seth and Service First!
