Good quality work and knows the building code very well. Communicates well even if the communication is that they are slammed and can't make the job. Fair pricing.

Eric and Dalton were excellent,they installed 5 ceiling fans and 2 pendant lights. We would hire again.

I've utilized the Hanley Electrical Services team several times on the Northern Neck of Virginia and they've always done a wonderful job! Hats off to Eric, Jason, George and the Office Team for being there when my wife and I needed them. Thank you Hanley!

they didn't make an appointment and showed up without notice.

they charge by the hour, but work at a pace that reflects wasting time; e.g. taking a smoke break; not bringing a ladder to replace ceiling fans in vaulted rooms, so they left and returned with one that was too tall to effectively do the job.

they didn't diagnose the fan was defective and wasted 2 hours replacing a remote control unit.

midway through the job, they left because they didn't have a tall enough ladder and none were available. when they returned, they had to wipe off the unsightly sweat stain (from his head) that he left on the vaulted ceiling during the first visit.

i won't use this company in the future.

I have been SO impressed with Elbourn Electric today. Josh and Andy arrived to the minute, and installed 2 attic fans on a very hot day in July - no complaints. They even had humor! Their work, along with the other Elbourn electricians, is excellent. They are seasoned professionals and have allowed me to kick back and not worry about my attic fans.
