I am reviewing the able assistance provided by Laura, Dan, Jimmy and Larkin at two sites: our home and at Kinsale Park. And Brandon and Laura's future intervention with the Dominion Forester.
Bartlett employees' attitudes, performance, clean-up, caring consideration and general kind respectfulness rate even MORE than 10 stars.
I could hear the box bushes and dogwood trees and camellia purring gratefully after they had their "haircuts" and treatments to open them up to breathe properly. And the removal of the "sad" parts (yellow, dead, feeble, etc.) really caused US to purr, as well because as we look out our windows we don't worry as much!
And Laura and Brandon our former Bartlett saint are going to TRY to negotiate with Dominion so Dominion's people will HOPEFULLY come back and cut away the crape myrtles' branches in Kinsale Park far enough off the lines so Bartlett can trim them neatly and keep them OUT of the lines in future.
I had begged the contractors for Dominion to do this on their recent visit but they said they had to follow set parameters -- after their trimming the poor crape myrtles are still HORRIBLY CLOSE to the lines and that doesn't make sense to ANYBODY.

I live in city of Richmond Va. I had a wonderful experience with Warner Winthrop and the men that took out old sick boxwood and planted new established bushes and a lovely maple. They did a great job and were so professional and friendly. They explained how to care for new plantings. I have used Bartlett for 40 years. And would never think of using any other tree company. You absolutely are well taken care of. I love what they did and wish I had done it before now. Thank you Bartlett

We had three trees removed and between five and ten large brush piles ground to chips. One tree was a very large cherry tree that had begun to become uprooted. The Bartlett crew that did the work was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. I was impressed by their appearance and attention to detail, especially safety. I highly recommend them to others and will certainly call on them in the future if I need this type of service.

I had the White Stone crew out to evaluate a large but aging hackberry tree that was encroaching on our house. Laura Schumm and a colleague came out for an evaluation and reassured us that the tree was still sound and that with a little TLC it would likely last for many years to come. We went with one of the fertilization recommendations, and then Dan and Larkin came out to do some significant pruning and install a reinforcing cable high in the tree between the two main branches. I was very pleased with the work that all of them did for us. We no longer have limbs encroaching on the house, are more confident that the tree won't split and fall on the house, plus it's looking healthier already. Dan and Larkin were friendly, professional, and safety conscious, responsive to my questions and requests, and cleaned up every bit of debris. Overall, it was a great experience.

The Crew Members were professional in every way. They were very respectful of our property and used all safety procedures for removing 3 trees that were leaning toward our home. This included climbing, which was quite an experience for me to watch, but no problem for the guys. There was quite a lot of cleanup, but the process was efficient and thorough.
