Aaron William's company did a large pool hardscaping, walkway, patio, and landscape project for us. They did a wonderful job. Their team was respectful and polite, and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns.

I’m so tired of this company. This is the second time that they come out to take care of my neighbors’ leaves and they keep dumping it in my yard. I watched the guy just blow all of the leftover leaves into my yard and just leave. The first time, my wife recorded them blow them all into my yard.

With all of the high ratings we were excited to do business. After discussing projects, We received one quote out of 4 requested. Tried to book service twice. Never returned our phone calls even when we left a message with receptionist and on owners phone. Really disappointed. Luckily Phan Lawn was excellent!!

Mr. Ortiz and his crew were responsive, hard working, and performed outstanding work at a good price. I am extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend them to other people.

Don’t use Ortiz lawn and tree service. He is unreliable and doesn’t give hoot about potential customers. Had Mr Ortiz give an estimate about removing a tree. Received the estimate and was told by Mr Ortiz he would contact me in a couple days when I was on his schedule for removing the tree. Never happened. Two weeks later and two injuries to his secretary resulted in no response from Mr Ortiz. The courteous thing to do would have been to inform me he was too busy, the job small, or anything. But just to be ignored is rude and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I highly encourage no one use his services.
