J & S Electric recently installed some recessed lighting and replaced a bathroom fan. These guys arrived early and the price was great. I will call them for my next electrical project.

I am singing the praises of J & S ELECTRIC!! I made the mistake of adding new plugs and switches. I mixed up the wiring, and several lights wouldn't work. Jose quoted me a very fair price (I called a few electricians) and came over in a very timely manner. Even though the troubleshooting took longer than expected because the problem wasn't the swiches he still charged me the original price. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism from start to finish. Thanks so much Jose!!

I got some ceiling mounts and fans installed in the bed rooms and recessed lighting in the kitchen. They did a phenomenal job. The communication, price, and install we all done well. I highly recommend them and they definitely will be doing more work for me in the future. If you’re looking for some electrical work, give them a shot.

Called J&S based on the reviews. Scheduled an appointment. Took the day off. Technician never showed. Called the office to inquire. Was told since I didn’t answer their confirmation call the day prior that my appointment had been canceled. Never once was informed about these protocols until after taking an unnecessary day off. Tried to reschedule was told they couldn’t be out for 3+ weeks. Would not recommend. Will not use in future.

Update:

1- As the paying customer, also dealing with and trying to get through these troubling times, do I not have the right to cancel and reschedule my appointment?

2- If your company is going to implement a policy where you cancel on someone, if you can’t confirm the appointment the day before, shouldn’t your paying customers be made aware of this? Not once was I ever told that if I didn’t answer your calls or return a message that my appointment would be cancelled. Not once. I even went back and listened to the message left to confirm this.

Hopefully going forward your company will learn from this poor review and improve upon your communication with paying customers and be better because of it.

Finally, an honest price for the job to be done! With J & S Electric, quality, workmanship, and reliability is the standard. I was very pleased with the service I received from José at J & S Electric, and they will be the first company I call for future electrical needs and repairs. José even spotted some faulty wiring which may have led to a potentially disastrous fire. They get an A+ in my book!

I have known Jose for years and this is the first time I enlisted his professional and excellent service through his company, J&S Electrical LLC. Kudos to Jose who was very knowledgeable and professional as he explained to me what he was doing as he repaired the wiring to my deck light and installed a new switch in my kitchen. Very well done!!

I've used J&S Electric on my last 3 houses and I will use them on every house I own. They are always honest, on time, stand behind their work and always goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with the job. Jose Arias was prompt and very professional. He pinpointed the issue within 15 minutes and he fixed the electrical outlet issue within 30 minutes. He also explained and let me know what I had done wrong.

J&S first provided consultation and estimate regarding my impending need for additional lighting on my deck. I already had purchased a lantern fixture however was advised that wasn't what I needed. I purchased a "floodlight" from Home Depot. J&S walked me through the installation process, asked questions, and took care being organized, and cleaned up after. Workers were masked, and wore disposable shoe-ins. I am very pleased with J&S and happily would refer them. Lastly, I received a follow up call asking if the flood light made the difference! Great company to work with. Hire them to install recess lights and they turned out great! Santos the electrician was excellent. Listened to all my concerns before starting the project. They even did all the drywall repairs. It was all included in the quote they gave me. They will be my go to company from now on!.
