I had lost power to the upstairs floor of my townhouse. I did a quick Google search and found r&m which were located two blocks away so I choose the and I'm glad I did. The owner tried to trouble shoot over the phone but the problem ended up being more than a quick trouble shoot. They came out within a half hour of me calling and unfortunately for me the house is old and required quotes bit of their time. The two guys that came out fixed problems as they went along pretty much rewired my whole top floor and then some. The prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be calling them in the spring to replace the panel box.

CAn't say enough about these guys. They were integral with helping us sell our townhouse. They quick, affordable, and helpful and honest.

in our new home they helped install a light fixture, then did it so quick they were LOOKING FOR MORE WORK TO DO. Amazing. Who does that?

I had a bathroom fan go out, so naturally I called them. THEY FIX THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE - FOR FREE. Ridiculous.

Had some a front stoop light that needed replacing, a bathroom exhaust fan, a couple of outlets that weren't working and lights. I called and got a basic quote from them. I mentioned that I had a replacement fan and light fixture and told that they could install it no problem. I wasn't charged extra for installation, which was awesome! The electrician was knowledgeable, friendly and worked very quickly. They are reasonably priced and answer all questions regarding the job with honesty as throughly as possible.

Incredibly prompt response time to messages. Mark came out the next day to inspect my house and give me a quote on a panel replacement. He had me on the schedule the next day (but wasn't able to come thanks to Arlington permitting issues). The following week his guys came out and they were very professional and hard working. Had the job done in a few hours. Very reasonable pricing and all around an excellent experience.

Our Dental office had an emergency and needed someone on the same day, I called and Lowell responded quickly! He was very fast and efficient. Great customer service! I had trouble installing some smart switches so I gave them a call. Lowell so happened to be near by and dropped by within 10 minutes after talking to him over the phone. Very helpful and informative and helped me solve my problem instantly. I had him also take a look at some work I wanted done in the near future and he broke down the entire process of how they would fix and run the wires and what my options were. Very helpful people, I'd recommend their services.

We have used R&M 3 times and they are our go-to electrical team. They installed lights for us; worked on the electrical panel, and helped us solve an excruciating electrical mystery. Thanks to R&M agreeing to come on a Sat(!) when the furnace tech could also be here, both teams were needed on-site so we could figure out why our furnace kept blowing fuses. The team is professional, capable, communicative, and responsive. Highly recommend.

I will definitely be using them in the future! I called to inquire about getting a quote to fix some outlets in my house that weren’t working. The person who took my call asked me questions about the outlets and gave me easy instructions on what I could do to get them working without having to pay them to come give me a quote. It worked! They were incredibly helpful and honest. Very thankful I called.

called R&M because we have had some intermittent issues over the years with not being able to flip our breaker back on in our dining room. called at 6:20am and they had Chuck out within an hour. He was really nice and explained everything to my wife and helped figure out the issue. Will definitely call again if we have anymore electrical issues in the future.

To preclude any electrical spikes impacting computer control boards on appliances & AC, we wanted to have whole-house surge protectors installed on our two 200 Amp circuit breaker panels. Spoke to Lowell (one of the co-owners); he ordered the parts and came out in two days to install them. Great Service -- will use them again!

Elbert did a great job repairing our Arlo doorbell that hadn’t worked properly since I tried installing it myself. He also replaced 6 light switches for us. He was fast, efficient and made sure to keep things clean where he worked. He was committed to making sure our doorbell worked properly and troubleshooted a few issues with it. Would highly recommend Elbert and Mr. Rogers electrical!

I paid $380 for an electrician to swap out four switches. I supplied the parts, and he supplied the labor of 30 miinutes. The electrician was very professional and courteous, but their pricing structure is highway robbery.

Both the customer service and installation teams at Mister Rogers are very courteous and professional. Their communication by phone, text and email are fantastic. They kept me informed about my appointment and which electrician would be coming to my home to install my lighting - even sending a photo and short biography of the technician. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend Mister Rogers very highly.

It was easy to schedule the appointment at Mister Rodgers. The office staff are great, even looked up my previous job, so it was the second time Omar and his brother performed repairs/replaced lighting & switches at my home. (Previously they installed upgraded kitchen under cabinet lighting.) They know what to do, provide sound advise, keep you informed if issues arise on the job, personable and professional. Mister Rogers is one of the most responsive and on their A game vendors we've ever worked with for our home. They responded right away on Monday morning to a weekend inquiry and were at our home the next day. Walter, our technician, was highly communicative, made great recommendations, and helped us come up with the right solution for a bedroom. Scheduled service for the first time w/ Mister Rogers Electric. I was lured by their 4.9 star rating & many recent reviews. I decided to give them a chance and was pleased and impressed. Elbert did great work w/ minimal effort. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, & knew what he was doing. Service was to replace an existing fan.
