The team was awesome. Way above expectations !! . Communicative, knowledgeable, punctual, professional , resourceful. They had all the tools, new parts, covered the work area, cleaned up after work. Very efficient, communicative, follow all safety standards. It is a high performing team. I did not have to arrange anything They got the permits, licences, insurance, contacted the county for the inspection, etc., the whole works!! And their price was CHEAPER than the discounted bulk price that "CAMP" (= Community Association Management Professionals ) my condo management's vendor quoted. I was very impressed

I interviewed a few electricians before settling on CoreTrade. John was the only one that showed up and took notes on what I wanted done. We’ve done a full kitchen gut and remodel. I had mapped out what electrical work I wanted done. It involved everything from new outlets and lights to grounding (previously ungrounded) receptacles. He provided some advice based on his experience, which was appreciated. The quote he provided covered everything I asked for. The guy that didn’t take notes didn’t remember all the work I wanted done. Because we were doing most of the remodel ourselves there were several months in between the start and finish of the electrical work. John and crew were very accommodating. Our house is old and it wasn’t easy work. The price was very reasonable. Every time they showed up when they said they would. John was very helpful overall. There was a point when one of the installers was making claims about the electrical and John came by that day to look. He confirmed that the electrical was done right and explained how the installer needed to work around it.

Amazing service. Reasonable price and very professional. Both guys did the job in a good amount of time. Super friendly. Would highly recommend for electrical needs/repairs.

Anthony and MJ came to our townhouse to swap out an existing ceiling light fixture, do brand new wiring and installation for three new ceiling light fixtures, and replace six hardwired smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. They arrived within the scheduled time frame, took care to move and cover our furniture and personal belongings, did a great job on the installations (very thoughtful about minimizing drywall patching difficulty and visibility, also about where light switches and such would be), and cleaned up after themselves. All of this work done at a very reasonable cost. Thank you for helping us make our home look brighter and more cheerful!

The guys were on time, courteous, and did the EV charger install efficiently with minimal opening of walls. Then they cleaned up nicely and walked me through the changes and setup of the charger. They were great.

The 2 gentleman were professional and polite. They communicated well. I would say they could have done a better job cleaning up. They left dust and shavings around. There were pieces of drywall laying around and the old breaker box left. They way over cut the drywall, so now I have to get that fixed . See attached photo. When I talked to the rep I had asked about having them check the plugs throughout the house to make sure they all worked. The gentleman said he didn't know anything about that. He checked a few plugs in the basement and mid level. But i didnt have him do any further. So I didn't want to get charged extra for it.
