Great experience dealing the electrician M.J. and Core Trade Electric. M.J. did a perfect job replacing our old fluorescent lights in the basement with recessed lights. It was the smoothest and easiest work done by any professional we have ever had. We are really pleased and the price was reasonable. We have already asked for an estimate for another project.

Responded quickly to initial request. Was friendly in correspondence. Tech was courteous and did a through job listening to our concerns, explained pricing. Upon agreement got to work quickly checking all the areas addressed and fixed explaining what he found (or did not find) as he went along. Thank you for all the professionalism!

Was able to schedule electrician within 24 hours. Anthony was prompt, very knowledgeable, and quickly identified the problem and made the repair. He also answered some additional questions for me, relating to home electricity usage. Repair rates were very reasonable.

We set up an appointment with him at 4pm, waiting till 5:15pm.
We called him a couple of times while waiting, no answer, left messages on voice mail, have not heard from him yet.

I called this company to help with my outside electrical outlet. Not only did they install my outlets but they also gave me suggestions on what to do with my inside electrical panel. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

All I have to say is try these guys. They live up to the expectation they give. Orginally hired to install recessed lighting and ended up making those new led fixtures. In addition they gave me a cheaper price for my panel replacement than all the other companies listed who came out. They gave me a lonnnnnnnng list of references in the area for panels they have changed. This listed was long and included businesses I often go to and also known real estate companies. Sorry for not trusting but many companies have burned me in the past so I called some of the references. I am now on the list too. Keep it up jaj soon everyone will see and the world will want to experience.

They were the very first to service our new home when we moved to the NOVA area and I was really expecting to lean on them again, with a series of jobs. Too bad...I used to recommend them to my neighbors.

No showed two days in a row. The first time they claimed they got stuck on a higher priority job. That’s fine, but the second day they wouldn’t answer the phone or return calls. When I finally got ahold of someone they said the electrician would be here in 45 minutes to an hour. It’s been 19 hours and they still haven’t shown up or contacted me. Multiple phone calls and voicemails have been ignored. The funniest part of all of this is that their voicemail says customer service is their number one priority. That’s hilarious.

Had a partial power outage in our house that another electrician was not able to solve. JAJ sent Marcus out, who diagnosed and solved the problem within an hour, and also pointed out other areas of concern. He worked quickly and efficiently, and it was obvious he really knew what he was doing. I'm so glad that I came across them.

JAJ did an awesome job on installing 5 ceiling fans in my home. They are true professionals and I will hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.
