Service was prompt, honest and professional....I was referred to Mario because I had a pipe issue and needed response ASAP...I called him and within a couple of hours he was there... I do not know much (nothing) about plumbing, so he took the time to explain and advise me to avoid future issues.

The problem is fixed, I hope not to see him again : )

His rate was honest and I would recommend him to any of my friends.

I came home from vacation to find a small flood in my basement that had been generated by a faulty valve in my water heater. I called M & Y and Mario was at my home in less than 45 minutes. He was friendly and professional and fixed the problem quickly. I would strongly recommend Mario and his team.

Mario was able to come help us with our emergency main drain clog within 2 hours of us calling on Sunday evening. We are so thankful for his quick and expert help! We will be using him again for sure!!!

I’m VERY pleased with the work of M & Y plumbing. It’s so hard to find plumbers you can trust but Mario went well above and beyond the call of duty to fix some plumbing issues we were having.

Not only was he able to quickly diagnose our problem and fix it in almost no time flat, but he also walked me through what he thought the issue was and why.

For example, ‘if this pipe is full of water when I cut into it, it means the clog is coming from here.’ And sure enough...that’s exactly what happened. He gave me full confidence and peace of mind in knowing that our issue would be resolved.

What took the cake was when Mario offered to drop me off at Advanced Auto on the way I get parts to fix the pipes because my battery had died in the driveway. Talk about a life saver! Now that’s what you call customer service at it’s finest!

While other companies tried charging me an arm and leg for a new water heater install my man Mario can came through and a cost that blew them out the water. Great pricing and service to match is why I’ve used Mario and will continue to for any of my plumbing needs.

Mario Ventura came to fix a leak in our basement. He has been the only plumber that discovered the source of the problem and fixed it. He was extremely professional and polite. I would recommend him to anyone. His company should be happy to have such a great employee.

Mario has come to my rescue multiple times in the last couple years. He installed a new main water shut off valve to house, took care of a clogged kitchen sink pipe, new bathroom toilet connection to fix a leak, fixed tub faucet problem, installed new shower head, and now a new garbage disposal. Mario is professional, courteous, and personable. I recommend him to everyone and call him my personal plumber!

Mario was super responsive and got the fix done quickly. When I asked about another issue I was having, he was honest enough to admit that while he could do a quick clean & patch, it would not be a permanent solution to the issue and I shouldn't waste the money but should pursue the entire fix in the future.

My kitchen faucet died and water trickled out.. Since I have a bad back and can't crawl under the sink, i had M&Y come out. Mario is no nonsense, got right under the sink, pulled out the old, put in the new and was out the door in 30 minutes.. Came on time and did a good job.. Would certainly call again if i have other plumbing issues i can't fix on my own..:) Negotiated a fair price, so all in all, happy with the job..!

Terrible service. They basically scam you. We got charged $700 for a clog when all he did was use a snake for 5 mins. I don’t even know how we got to $700. He had initially quoted $199 if it was a toilet.

We had already moved our toilet and done initial snaking. The only issue was we used a 50 ft snake instead of a 100 ft snake, so the work was basically complete already. He also didn’t even want to put our toilet back despite charging so much. We had to insist.

He was very rude as well. It was as if we were forcing him to be there when he could have just rejected the job. I do not recommend. He takes advantage and takes your money.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called after another plumber abandoned the job. Mario and his crew worked tirelessly for hours clearing several difficult clogs through an awkward layout of pipes. One fellow said it was the toughest snake job ever. He viewed the problem as a challenge and was determined to fix it and kept trying a number of strategies until everything was done. The entire crew were professional, friendly, helpful, showed up early and stayed late. This is the first business I will turn to for any future plumbing needs. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mario was great! He was able to come out the same day the call was placed. It seemed like it took no time at all to unclog the main pipe under the house. He also recommended an additional service (to possibly be performed at a later date) to ensure the pipes are free and clear to help prevent this from occurring again.

We cannot thank MARIO enough. Our basement toilet shut off valve began to leak on New Year's Eve and it couldn't have come at a worse time with family coming the next day. We tried to fix it ourselves twice with multiple trips to Home Depot. We ended up having to turn off all the water because we cut the pipe too much but when all else failed MARIO was there to save the day. He picked up immediately and scheduled us and even rescheduled us because we had to leave the house. He did amazing work very quickly and we have water back in the house again! Thank you Mario! We highly recommend him because of his professionalism, diligence and great work!

Got a new water heater installed because my old one had a leak. M&Y did a great job. Best price out of 7 companies I called and they were the quickest to respond as well. Their plumber Mario did a stellar job and even finished it the same day and worked after 9pm. I would highly recommend them.
