They were extremely responsive when initially contacted. Once contacted, I received an immediate phone call and someone was at my house within two hours. The problem with my water heater was quickly diagnosed and he had my water heater out within two hours. Showed up on time once my new water heater came in and again replaced within two hours. So far so good. Would definitely consider using them again.

Not only did I get a new water heater, but I also gained new knowledge on how water heaters work in general and the different methods of installation. Mario was responsive and on time! He was able to do same day service which is great because we were without a kitchen faucet for already two days. He was nice and professional cleaned his area and was reasonably priced! I am happy we have found our permanent plumber for our new home! Highly recommended!

Great service! Mario was available to help with our water heater after business hours. We tried other plumbers who claimed to provide 24/7 hr service but he was the only one to help when we really needed it. He was quick to diagnose and fix the issue.

I have been out of water in parts of my house for weeks and came across M & Y Plumbing while searching the web. I'm a new homeowner getting use to taking care of "issues" myself versus calling apartment maintenance. I cannot thank Mario enough for fixing my problem making sure my needs were met. In the near future, the old pipes in my house will need to be replaced. I'll need someone to handle that task and that person is Mario-VERY profession, strong interpersonal skills and willing to work with his clientele. Thank You SOOO much Mario!!!...I can shower again:)

I have called M & Y folks for my home repair more than three times in last three years. I have very excellent service and work-man ship from them. They are very professional in work and fixing the issue in right way and in a single attempt.

Drain was clogged at kitchen and washing machine and water was coming back inside my house . Called M@y and Mario came out and saved the day ..Pricing was reasonable and work was excellent ! I recommend M@Y for plumbing needs

By far the best plumber I've had. Everyone knows the drill: you call the plumber, expect to pay near $100 just for the visit, and then some ungodly hourly rate while he toils under your sink. Not the case with M&Y. My first call was to fix or replace a kitchen faucet. He quoted me a very fair flat rate, told me he could be at my house in two hours, and made good on both promises. While he was here, he asked if there was anything else I needed repaired.

I told him about a leaky bathtub and he offered a preliminary diagnosis. Since the repair would have cost a few hundred dollars, I decided to run it by my wife before committing. We discussed it and I called the next day. Again, M&Y was out to my house in less than two hours. Alas, as it turned out, the preliminary diagnosis was wrong - it wasn't a broken drain pipe, but rather a bad caulking job. My description had all the signs of the former, but when we actually ran the water and drained the tub, we realized it was something different. Mario could have pretended otherwise, replaced the drain, and taken my money. Instead, he told me what the problem was, that there was no work for him to do, and that there was no charge for the visit.

He'll be my first call next time I need a plumber.

Basement was flooding flow toilet and tub. Once we called them they was here within an hour and half. Mario showed up and he was great and fast. He even provided great tips on what was really flushable or not!! I will recommend them and keeping their number handy!!!!

I had issues with my water heater and plumbing on our upstairs bathroom. They were able to help us install what we needed in a fast and effective way. I definitely recommend this company, if you’re looking for great service and quality with their employees.

We used M&Y to repair a leaky bathtub faucet at one of our properties. While it was encouraging to see the positive reviews, we had a different experience unfortunately. What was supposed to be a simple cartridge replacement turned into some sort of scare tactic about a bent pipe and $400 to fix it. We found this odd so we requested pictures of the bent pipe (we're a property investment company so we do not live at the residence). The gentleman on the phone balked at the idea, so it was no surprise that we never received any photos about this "bent pipe" or how it was repaired. M&Y repaired the leak nicely (give credit where credit is due), but we believe once they found out it was a rental they looked for a way to hike up the price. Sadly, this is not uncommon for contractors and we were a little disappointed to see this from M&Y. Perhaps if you use them and it's a rental consider avoiding answering the question (they explicitly asked if it was a rental). We never understood why some contractors do this -- we will not be using them for future work on any of our other properties because of it.

We had a master drain clog and called the M & Y Plumbing. Marlo came and did a great job at a reasonable price. Will definitely hire again and recommend the company. Keep up the good job!!

I called Mario to fix a leak in the shower. He told me that he faucet was badly damaged and he needed to change the faucet and the inlet. A few hours later he was finished but he had only changed the cartridge which did fix the leak. Nobody was using the bathroom for a few weeks and when the water was finally turned on again it started leaking a lot worse. The water in the whole house needed to be turned off since it caused a lot of water damage. I called Mario back but he said that the cause of the problem was cracked pipes which wasn't his responsibility. I called a different plumber thinking I needed to replace the pipes. However, it only took the other plumber a minute to see that the problem was that cartridge. It was missing a pin which is supposed to keep it in place. The cartridge shifted since it wasn't secured properly which caused a bad leak. Apparently, it could've gone a lot worse since improperly installed cartridge could have shot right out badly hurting someone at 80-90 psi. We contacted Mario again and he agreed to send us a refund. But he never did. Will be filing an official complaint against this plumber.

M & Y Plumbing came to my house the same day. Worked on many of the issued I had around the house (leaky pipes, broken garbage disposal, and welding) , and were extremely fast. Friendly, knowledgable, and very prompt. I would definitely call again for any future needs.
