Noticed a problem this morning with my sump pump which wasn’t shutting off. Gave Precision Plumbing & Gas a call and spoke with Frank. He was able to have technician respond out to the house within a few hours. Once Brad arrived he diagnosed the problem which was the sump pump and promptly replaced it. I can’t thank Frank and Brad enough for the quick response and resolution of my problem. I have used them in the past with positive results. I will continue to use their services going forward. They are truly both professional and knowledgeable and put the customer first. I have previously used Precision Plumbing &Gas and was very impressed with their service. Brad returned today to replace a generator for our steam shower. As usual Brad did a great job and removed old generator and left the area spotless. I'd like to thank Frank for the quick response in settingup this service. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to family and friends.

Brad did great work fixing our leaking toilet. I really appreciate that he gave his honest recommendation against doing some additional work that he didn't think was worth the expense. He could have easily up sold us, but was honest instead.

Brad got straight to the source of the problem and walked me through everything he found and fixed. He was professional, clear, and thorough from start to finish. My leak was repaired quickly, and I came away more knowledgeable about the issue and how to prevent it in the future. Frank also took the time to discuss next steps after my HOA comes in to do their part regarding back flow issues with my neighbors. Provided cost range estimate on water heater replacement over the phone when others would not without first sending a tech out at cost.

Had a leaky toilet valve. They were here on time and fixed it within 20 minutes. They were really reasonable on price too. Highly recommend!!
