Marv J installed a pressure regulator valve which we did not have and main water shut off valve. It was a very small, tight space and he was able to do the work without cutting into the drywall. He also replaced an old hose bib shut off for the outside water spigot and repaired a section of bent piping in the ceiling. He did the work at a fair price and was very diligent and friendly. He also cleaned up the area after he completed the job. I would not hesitate to have him work on any other plumbing issues that we may have in the future.

This company took my call and assigned someone to my home promptly. I was stressed and they were friendly over the phone. The plumber that came to my home, Michael, was amazing. He was kind and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and was patient with my questions. He was very professional and his work is neat and thorough. I highly recommend Michael from DB’s Plumbing & Drain!

I recommend PP&G for all of your plumbing & gas needs! They sent out a technician who was so professional, friendly and thorough! He disconnected our old gas stove and installed our new one and performed a quality assurance check to ensure successful completion of the task. Likewise, he disconnected our old dishwasher and while attempting to install the new one, he discovered a problem with our water line. Also, we were missing a connection cord that was needed. He assessed the issues, brought them to our attention and provided expert solutions. For a nominal fee we were able to move forward and he completed that task. Similarly he conducted quality assurance testing to ensure successful and full functionality of our new dishwasher! The technician was very professional, wore shoe coverings and cleaned behind himself as he completed each job. Unfortunately I do not remember the technician’s name but whoever he is, he’s a wonderful asset and representative of team PP&G, and is worthy of this five star review!

Outstanding response time and Brad quickly figured out the problem, gave us an estimate and completed the work quickly after we approved the estimate. After double checking everything he walked us through everything he did. We even have a 6 month warranty! Awesome!!!

Frank and his team were able to come for a same day estimate and completed the work. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I love that he explained each step and was very professional.

This was an emergency call for a gas leak in a location that would require shutting off all heat to an entire building. Frank and Diego answered the call, scheduled the call and showed up when they said they would. That’s better than many companies right there.

Then they fixed the leak like professionals and stayed to monitor it while we returned heat to the building. We settled up easily moved on.

We will call Frank again when we need any type of gas work and recommend his company to others.

Excellent service! We had our toilet replaced as the tank was cracked and leaking. Frank came up with a reasonable quote and was able to complete the work efficiently. They went above and beyond to purchase the part from Homedepot while I had to stay home to watch my babies and they waved the charges. Brad provided a service call for our pilot light on our fireplace not lighting. He checked out the system and got the fireplace going, showing me the exact steps to take to turn it on. He was friendly, courteous and informative as I am a gas noobie.
