John B. Did a wonderful job fixing our problem with the toilet tank leaking and the hot water heater line leading to the humidifier leaking as well. He explained the problems and his recommendations to remedy them. He answered all our questions and gave recommendations to improve water quality as well.

Nick from DB's Plumbing and Drain did a great job of replacing our 10 yr old, leaking hot water heater. Nick worked with the manufacturer to get a new unit, still under warranty, and install it - all in one day.

We received a text before Nick arrived with his photo for security reasons (nice). He was on time, courteous, professional, and left the utility area cleaner than he found it.

I'd absolutely recommend DB's plumbing for anyone in the Fairfax, VA area.

Peyton was a great plumber who took extraordinary steps to clear the kitchen sink block. He was friendly, courteous and respectful of our property. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a very competent plumber.

Excellent service right from the moment I called. The nice lady whom answered (I apologized, I cannot recall her name at the moment) was super nice and straight forward about the process and was able to send over a technician (James) right away.

James was very professional and super helpful with advis not only for my main issue (which was a clogged toilet) but overall how my piping system worked as well as how to prevent this from occurring again.

Our hot water heater died on us over the weekend and we have to replace it. I called DB plumbing first thing Monday morning to schedule an appointment and before I finished speaking with Mystee, Payton H was already on his way! Payton is very professional and pointed out potential problems with the location of the water heater and between him and my husband it was resolved quickly. Payton installed the new water heater in its new location and got it working before the day was over. He double checked to make sure everything is working properly and cleaned up before leaving. No cold showers tonight thanks to Payton and DB Plumbing! I highly recommend and will use them from now on.

My honest review: Tech arrived on time. I had water leaking problem in pipe. He took around 15-20 mins to complete the task. Stated, he changed a piece of plastic pipe. But once fixed the problem within 5 mins the pipe brushed like a bang and water everywhere on the floor. Fortunately tech still on site and I informed and he fixed again. I have doubt on quality of materials used, and no price adjusted after the incident. In summary, I could not be able to satisfied.

Had a great experience this afternoon with Peyton from DB’s Plumbing! He performed a full-house plumbing inspection and flushed our water heater. Peyton did an outstanding job — thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. He also took the time to share helpful information and practical tips about maintaining our home’s plumbing system. Downstairs bathroom had a weird step up plumbing system. DBs corrected the mess and now I have a great set up for a bathroom that is functional and meets code. They also replumbed the whole house, placed old vanities with new vanities, fixtures and pipes that aligned, repaired a garbage disposal that was plumbed incorrectly so it never worked, replaced an old water heater AND replaced old non-working toilets. They worked beautifully with my contractor! John and Peyton were true professionals! I would use them time and time again for any plumbing project!

John w/DB was awesome. Very clear communication prior to arrival, and an earlier time slot opened up. Fixed a complicated gas pipe issue from the gas meter outside to inside the house. The work was all done the day of, one day after having to shut gas off to our entire home. This a huge safety issue and no gas to the house or any of our gas appliances. Will use them again!

John B was on time and ready to get to work! He quickly fixed our leaking shower head and had some great tips on keeping up with items in our master bathroom

Nick came this morning at 8 am to help us find or to install a shutoff valve for the water line to our old refrigerator ice maker. He waz on time, quick, thorough, explained everything in detail and gave me options with price quotes for today's service and possible services later. Didn't try to pressure me to get the more expensive options. Even gave free instructions on how things should be done. Found that we already had the shutoff valve we needed under the kitchen sink and was able to confirm that it was working and cut the water line so its ready for the new refrigerator vendor to send their installation team once we get the optional ice maker.

First class operation! We'd been dealing with an intermittent plumbing issue that no one could solve, until we spoke with Trevor at DB's Plumbing and Drain and he sent Aaron out to troubleshoot. After briefing Aaron on what had been completed prior, he literally had the problem identified within minutes! He presented us with several options, we selected one, and he completed the job on the spot which included cutting in access to the broken/open PVC pipe.

I won't waste my time or money calling any other plumbing company; Aaron and Trevor are my go-to folks for all plumbing related matters from now on.

D&B has been my go-to plumber for several years. They’ve done several upgrades for me, most recently installing a new water heater. Very good service! Duncan was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Job (minor toilet rebuild and angle stop installation) was completed in under an hour. Wasn't cheap but got the job done and would use services again, thanks!
