I was pleased by the service to get the drain pipe cleaned out. It seemed to be draining without a problem after it was fixed, so I tried taking a shower. Within three minutes I noticed the water had already risen to up to and above the side of the shower and was flooding the bathroom floor.

Henry was great and so nice! He replaced the valves under my bathroom sink as well as the faucet. He explained pricing and made me feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend

When sewage suddenly began coming up from the primary bathroom drain on a recent Sunday evening, we called Roto-Rooter. The tech used the wrong entry point to dislodge the obstruction. He also used an air compressor to try to dislodge the blockage, claiming the more effective device was too heavy to bring to the upper floor bathroom and would injure his back. The device and location he used caused the "p trap"? to disconnect, causing leakage into our living room below. That in turn required he cut a hole in our living room ceiling to repair the damage. We will now have to pay to drywall and paint the hole he caused by using the wrong equipment and wrong entry point for resolving the blockage. After many hours, the technician was unable to resolve the blockage. Despite that, and the damage caused, yes, we had to pay for the visit.

Great work by Tim. He was very professional, listened to the description of the issue, discussed options in detail before beginning any work and was very detailed in the execution of the repairs.

Jacob was very thorough with his search and explained our leak very well. Will definitely reach out to him again if I run into any new problems (knocks on wood)

The tech Anthony was kind and worked so hard we are so very happy with all the work he did he was absolutely fantastic we didn't have to wait a long time for him to help us he was at our house just over an hour after our call the whole downstairs was flooded he had the problem identified and fixed in a short amount of time thank you again Anthony

We struggled to find where the water was coming from, but eventually found the pipe burst. Brang came in a timely manner and fixed the pipe really fast. Service was done in an hour. Thank you once again!

Brang was outstanding. He completed the smoke test and found a leak around the toilet, which he fixed that afternoon. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him for the future.

Mandeep was wonderful in helping us not only remedy our plumbing issues, he was also very knowledgeable about various ways to approach the problem! We had several plumbers attempt to address our sewer line prior to his visit - all were temporary fixes. Mandeep was able to provide an in depth evaluation/explanation and a more permanent solution with the hydro-jet.

Roto-Rooter really saved the day for us! Woke up at 4am to a flooded basement from a water heater burst, the issue was resolved 12 hours later by their team. Brang from their team was our plumber technician and he was excellent, great service and communication!

I’m located in northern VA and we Have an emergency pipe leak situation. No water. Damaged ceiling. Was happy they scheduled appt same day within 2 hours. But 5 hours later - no show. & kept saying that we were next in line. Seems like they only have 1 or even less plumbers on the job. 24/7 where? Their word isn’t good.

Mandeep was calm and thorough and got our situation resolved quickly. He also used a hydro snake which was much more effective than the normal snakes that other people tried to use. Great experience overall.

The tech took his time to locate the leak and helped vacuum the flood water in the basement. We purchased a new water heater from Home Depot and he helped picked it up and installed the water heater. His assistant to help cleanup the water was greatly appreciated. After installation, he made sure that the gas was not leaking and there are no more water leaks.The installation and cost of the water heater came to $2,472. I’m not sure if this is a good deal or not. We were told that a senior discount was included in the cost. He did a pretty good install.

We are very pleased with the work Donavon from Roto-Rooter did to quickly repair our burst water pipe. The repair was in a hard-to-access location behind the wall, but he executed it flawlessly, while minimizing damage to the wall, ceiling, and structure. He explained everything clearly and provided all the information we would need while working with our insurance company. We are very pleased with this experience and already have plans to work with Roto-Rooter again in the future.
