Absolute 5-star service and problem solving from our tech, Brang! Had a sewage backup on a weekend, and after struggling to find anyone available quickly on a Saturday morning, we called Roto-Rooter and they had expert assistance on-site literally within an hour. Brang immediately figured out the problem, worked a solution, and soon had everything good as new. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and fast! Can't say enough good things about him and Roto-Rooter!

Anthony addressed a clog and leak in my kitchen sink pipe. He was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I really appreciated him also taking the time to explain things to me so that I could make an informed decision about the services performed. Service technician Michael did an excellent job repairing the toilet — he was friendly and professional, and quickly resolved the issue. Supervisor Jennifer came by to assess the water damage and created a mitigation plan.

I had an excellent experience with Mandeep from Roto-Rooter! From start to finish, his service was professional, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable. I called about a stubborn clogged drain pipe that had been giving me trouble for weeks, and their technician arrived right on time, fully prepared to assess and fix the issue.
He quickly identified the problem, explained exactly what was going on, and walked me through the steps he’d take to resolve it. I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was—no rushed job, just quality workmanship. Within no time, the drain was flowing perfectly again, and he made sure everything was spotless before leaving.
It’s rare these days to find such reliable and courteous service, but Roto-Rooter delivered above and beyond. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help. Five stars all the way!

We experienced a leak from our water heater overnight just ahead of a major winter storm. Roto-Rooter was the first company to respond and had a technician at our home first thing in the morning. Brang and Yusuf clearly explained the issue and resolved it quickly. Thanks to their professionalism, we feel much safer heading into the storm.

Mohamed, Brang and another gentleman in field supervisor training took wonderful care of us and our home today! We had an unexpected hot water tank burst and they helped ease the stress of the whole situation. The team was professional, took time to explain and answer any questions and were kind and polite. We had a sewage drain that backed up and I called Roto-Rooter and were scheduled to have a service technician arrive to work on it within 2 hours. Anthony, the technician assigned arrived as expected, and worked to clear the drain. Anthony was diligent in getting everything cleared and made sure everything worked. Professional and personable and a working drain - just what we needed.

We were in need of emergency services, as sewage was backing up in our basement bathroom. I called several “24/7 emergency services” places but Roto-Rooter was the only company that said they could do the work AND gave me an actual appointment time, which was within 12 hours. Anthony arrived within the two hour window I was provided and got right to it. He had our blockage cleared quickly and spent extra time making sure we were 100% before he left. Anthony also did a great job of keeping everything clean and made sure no dirt was tracked into the house. I’m very appreciative of Anthony and Roto-Rooter and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

Quick and speedy service, which was crucial since we had company that weekend. We had issues installing our faucet in the guest bath and DB was able to come same-day and resolve the problem within 2 hours. Would recommend and use again!

Where do I begin?? Bobby is an amazing down to earth guy who knows his craft and the properties in the Oakton area. Not the kind of guy who finds the problem and moves on, but the professional you want who double checks his own work and has his client’s best interest in mind.

Having no hot water is no fun!! I messaged DB’s Plumbing on Sunday evening, I received a return call at 7:30am Monday morning and by 1:30pm on Monday I had a brand new hot water heater and hot water flowing through the pipes again. I could not be any happier!!
