The eighty year old sewer pipes in our house finally failed! DB's sent Duncan who sent a camera down the line and discovered a large section no longer existed. We hired them to excavate the foundation and install new PVC, patching into serviceable cast iron. Duncan did an outstanding job, going above and beyond what we hired him to do by replacing the cast iron portion of the main stack as well. He backfilled, patched the floor and cleaned everything up. It was a big job, but he did it with a lot of patience and a great attitude. He even noticed a bulging washing machine line ready to burst and pointed it out to me. We were very pleased!

Aaron and Franklin both came and repiped my house in about ome and a half days. Did great work and helped to connect me with a dry wall repair team to complete the repair. They were both courteous and helpful and even helped me get my washer and dryer reconnected after the work was done and cleaned up the area. Great team! They did a great job asking me if I had questions but I wasn't really sure what to ask.

Very pleased with DBs Plumbing and Drain. John B showed up on time, was very professional, courteous, and investigated our problem with our leaking hose bib valve and resolved it quickly. We really appreciated his knowledge and him taking the time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. We will certainly call DBs plumbing again when we need a plumber!

Mike C. is great! I had a problem with my toilet, and he clearly explained what the issue was, how it would be fixed, and the cost upfront before starting any repairs. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Also, scheduling an appointment was simple and convenient using their online system.

Trevor is a very knowledgeable and experienced plumber I would trust with any plumbing repair. He is very efficient, kind and courteous. He would be the number number reason I would have him doing and future work. I will always recommend DB Plumbing to any of my friends, family and co-workers to use.

Was having some problems with the back-up sump pump. Marv came out and identified that I had a much bigger issue. My back-up sump pump was constantly turning on because my main pump was dead! Marv was fantastic! He explained everything involved, replaced the sump-pump on the same day, ame even check a few other unrelated things (e.g. my toilet tank) at my request. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I will stay with this company primarily because of him. If any of the other employees at DB are like Marv, you will not be disappointed.

We are extremely happy with DB’s Plumbing and have referred them to family members as well when they needed plumbing work. Marv J is a very knowledgeable technician and gives great customer service. Definitely would recommend this company.

Peyton was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He informed me of all possible issues and the resolutions for them. The process was long, no fault to Peyton. He worked until the problem was fixed. I really appreciate that because some would have just quit. The price was reasonable and I would use DB plumbing again.

Our house was just flooded due to a plumbing failure and DB's Plumbing was able to fit us in the following day. Peyton showed up on time, was professional, and considerate enough to cover his work boots and clean up any debris created. Appreciate the professionalism and prompt service from DB's and Peyton. Awesome company and customer service. Marv came over to do some maintenance work on my hot water heater. I re-upped on the Octo Guard membership (customer discount plan) as I think it is a good deal over the long term. He also gave some great advice regarding a toilet that has a mechanical water control value issue.

I want to commend DB’s Plumbing for the difficult job they accomplished on our behalf. John and Payton put in nearly 20 hours of work over two days to skillfully replace a failing sewage ejector pit. We especially appreciated their dedication and persistence because, during much of this time, the house was without water. Strongly recommended.

We have had Duncan and Aaron out at our house multiple times and they have been fantastic. Both so friendly and easy to work with. We ran into some issues with the work in our bathroom and the hardware that we had purchased, but they both worked with us to solve some fairly complex issues. I would definitely recommend them and we couldn't imagine using anyone else other than DB!

The technician was very polite and obviously experienced. He explained his thoughts regarding our plumbing issues and took on requests to repair some not originally scheduled. Aaron is a top-notch representative of his company.

I contacted DB for maintenance on hot water heater for house just bought about a year ago. Marv J came out and did a great job. He looked over the unit and identified some things the previous owner had not addressed correctly. He gave me a reasonable estimate to correct the issues. I highly recommend DB.

John completed the job of replacing an anode on my Bradford White 48 gallon gas water heater and exceeded my expectations for quality, value and speed. Very highly recommend!!!

I am very happy and satisfied with the service I received today . Peyton seemed very knowledgeable, was polite, professional and did a great job. My appointment was tomorrow, but someone canceled, so they called to see if I could do today, and I was happy to have him come today, because I had a leaky pipe. This was my first experience with DB plumbing and Drain but I will use them again if I need a plumber.

My wife and I had a valve issue, that we were not expecting, upon purchasing our new washer and dryer. We called around and were referred to DBs. Aaron was able to come out same day to replace the two valves in about 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, kind and quickly accomplished the job. Definitely worth a call again if something happens to come up. Very happy with the entire process.

I experienced the worst of the worst plumbing disaster you can imagine. I had sewage back up on multiple floors and it was a hazmat. Aaron from DB Cooper showed up and we worked as a team to rid the biohazard immediately and had the plumbing working again temporarily until they could get a crew out the very next day. Aaron wrote up the invoice and report which was extremely easy for my insurance to read and dispense insurance funds to pay for most services. Not only did Aaron resolve and repair the issue he recommended me to a phenomenal clean up crew (Semper Dry) who came immediately and resolved the aftermath. I couldn’t recommend DB Cooper more, and I have dealt with other local plumbers who were not anywhere as near as proficient as Aaron.

I did not have a good experience with this company. They don’t charge for a service call but then charge a very high price to do the work, in my opinion. The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, the price to do the work was very high to me. He was in the house for not more than an hour and fixed the pipe to my shower diverter that I improperly installed. Part of that hour included a delay b/c he needed to charge the battery for his tool, which is understandable due to the cold weather. I’m all about paying for quality work but the price seemed very high. They gave me a military discount which was nice of them but the price was still $350 for 1 hour of work (which required very few parts). I should have politely thanked them for their time and gotten a second quote from a different company. But, I was pressed for time and just had them do the work. I went with this company b/c they had an extremely high rating. I am providing this review so other customers are aware of potential challenges that they may face when requesting similar services.

We can’t speak highly enough of DB’s and particularly Aaron F. When we had a plumbing emergency late in the day, DB’s was the only company able to get someone out that evening. Aaron F. Came out early in the promised window, diagnosed our problem, and got us all set up. He was courteous, incredibly knowledgeable, and did a great job of communicating with us what our issue was and how to address it in the future. The next time we call a plumber, DB’s will be the first call…and we’ll ask for Aaron F.
