Called Precision Plumbing and Gas for a kitchen sink leak. Frank came by first thing the following morning and figured out the problem quickly. Had a new garbage disposal installed within about 30 minutes of his arrival. Quick and great customer service. Will use again and recommend to friends and family.

After a rough storm that left my water heater completely dead I was left searching online to find a plumber for the first time. I knew I didn't want to go with a big name company that spends more on marketing and "customer service representatives" so when I heard about PPG through some online reviews and forums I decided to give them a call. Frank immediately returned my call, explained to me what kind of mitigations he could offer for my situation, and gave me a full quote after I sent him a couple pictures of my heater; even offering price matching. He offered availability the next day and was accommodating of my schedule, agreeing to arrive a couple hours earlier than what his normal availability is to ensure that I had time to go to my appointment later that afternoon. The installation itself was very quick and done well, ending a couple hours before the estimated duration that he gave me over the phone. Frank took the time to explain to me a couple things about my system that I never knew, including a tip to help save on utility bills. They were courteous, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend PPG for anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation.

Water heater gave out suddenly in the evening. Frank was prompt and came hour within an hour of us calling. He was able to get the leak cleaned up and came out the very next morning for the replacement installation. Done in less than 2 hours. Frank was awesome. Gave me fair pricing! 1/2 the cost of a local competitor (Parkway Plumbing). Glad I went with Precision, will be the plumbers I choose and go to and will tell all my friends. Frank came in and fix a bad shower diverter after I confirmed that it was not a water cartridge problem. He took off the tile and removed the old system and placed a new one in.
