Last year Reid installed a new heat pump water heater and new shutoff valve. Everything has worked flawlessly and looks really great! I called again for a leaky sink and he fixed the issue with ease. Always excellent service and take the extra time to explain everything and provide options. If there is a cheaper way or something doesn't need to be replaced he will let you know. They are very busy, but well worth the wait. Hopefully I won't have any other issues, but if I do, I will definitely call northern VA Plumbing!!

Our experience with the owner Reid, is nothing short of fantastic. He really knows his stuff and is just an all around great human being. He was so responsive via text even before our appointment - just trying to walk us through what the problem could be. I see the bad reviews about missed appointments or reschedules. We did have to wait a while for him to get here but customers need to understand that this is a smaller company. Sure you can call FH Furr or Roto Rooter and they can send a 20 year old technicial with minimal training to you the next day. And have them tell you your house is falling apart and you need 20K work of work, etc. Having worked with those larger companies for plumbing many times --- they SUCK. They just want to take your money and their techs make commission so the more they upsell you the more they make.

Reid isn't like that. He might not be able to get to you for a week but he's a quality guy. He'll spend time trying to find the problem and repairing it. And he will give you options and recommendations for what to do first. He even recommended an HVAC company and the owner of that company called me himself to try to take care of us.

We would highly recommend Northern Virginia Plumbing. Frankly we'd let Reid work on just about anything in our house that he said he could fix. He knows his stuff and is seemingly a very honest guy to boot.

Our well pressure tank failed and I was trying to find one that was from the same manufacturer. The manufacturer's website indicated that Northern Virginia Plumbing Services sold them. When I called I spoke with Reid and he told me they had a brand new tank(not from the same manufacturer) and that he would provide it to us for free, but that it needed a part I could get at a hardware store.

We agreed to meet the next morning and true to his word Reid showed up and gave me the tank. Over the course of the day, he checked in to see how we were progressing in getting the new tank installed. We completed the project but were still having some issue and I texted Reid on Saturday night. He called us back and gave us a suggestion that we will try. If things aren't working like they should I'll be calling Northern Virginia Plumbing Services to do a service call and get things working correctly.

This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with a trades company. For any plumbing issue we have from now on we'll be calling Northern Virginia Plumbing Services to handle them.

Reid, James, and their team have been great to work with. They've installed a Whole House Water Filter (a HomeMaster which I purchased online) and a Navien Tankless Water Heater in our home , both of which are working well. Plus they have provided hours of research and advice on the best solutions for our unique issues. Their knowledge and experience in the area of Water Filters and specifics about Water Heaters was invaluable, and they've definitely gone above the call of duty for us. Reid came highly recommended to us and we have very joyfully worked with him for about 3 years. First, when we first met him, he listened to our water issues and developed a very effective system customized to our needs and backed up all his suggestions with data from the local water department and other water studies. Also, when I shared my concern that the brine tank looked too heavy if I ever had to move it, Reid, on his own initiative, built an innovative, compact trolley so that I could move it with NO EFFORT! Second, when I needed to clean our brine tank and I could not figure out how to disassemble it, he moved his schedule to allow me to come to his office and he explained the whole process, disassembled the system, and cleaned it (and waited for me to add my own cleaning method). Third, whenever I have a question, I text Reid and he IMMEDIATELY answers, no matter the day of week or weekend, and no matter the time of day, morning or evening. This is not something he does just for me, he is very committed to ensuring he exceeds expectations for all his customers. I had a hot water tank leak a few weeks ago and was afraid that by the time I got help my wood floors would be ruined. I called and they came right away. The job was a little tricky because of the old tank's size and placement but they resolved issues and got the job done. The service and work were excellent and I am very pleased with results. They were just back again for a pipe and toilet repair and I will definitely call them again in the future.

I highly recommend NOVA Plumbing Services, great customer service. Reid installed Flo by Moen (Whole house water monitoring system) for me. Excellent work done by him. He was very knowledgeable, kind and very responsive. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing jobs!

I highly recommend calling Roto-Rooter if you have a sewer backup problem. They're pricey, but solve the problem quickly. Roto-Rooter answered my call within a few seconds and sent someone to my house within an hour of my call to them. The fellow who arrived (Mandeep) was very courteous and professional. He cleared my sewer line in minutes and explained the service guarantees. He also described some things I could do to reduce the potential of my sewer line clogging again. As a follow up, Nicholas from Roto-Rooter came the next day with a video snake to check the clearance, found some remaining material, and called Mandeep, who then came back the same day with Nicolas to clear the remaining material and check with the video that the line was indeed clear. Great service!

Absolutely great service! Fair pricing. I had Brang and Noor as my plumbers. They were very good. Brang was able to answer every question I had, and was extremely knowledgeable. I was horrified by the thought of having to tear apart my shower to fix the leak. However he figured out how to fix it without needing to. It was a surprisingly quick diagnosis and fix. I will definitely be calling roto rooter the next water fiasco I run into. Especially asking for the same guys. Also the 6 month guarantee makes me feel so much safer.

The two guys that came to my house were on time, polite, professional, and efficient. They reviewed the job and provided a free estimate based on their price book which was important to me. I never do business with a contractor without getting two or three counter bids so free estimates are a requirement for me. After reviewing the scope of work and the estimated price I agreed to the service. They began right away, wore little boot covers while indoors, and completed the job to my satisfaction. The price was a little high but when compared to the companies that wanted to charge me 60 - 80 bucks just to tell me what it would cost to replace a toilet flange I am glad I chose RotoRooter.

I called to get some water damage checked and Asia came in like 10 min did her assessment and knew what was likely the cause of my issue. To confirm her theory she called Kim and she was able to check everything with additional devices and by the end of the day I already have an estimate and a plan on how to fix it. All in one day!!! 10/10 :)

Brang came to hook up my washer and dryer. He also replaced the turn off valves that were leaking and replaced the hoses. He arrived on time, was friendly and efficient. He came on his day off to make sure everything was ready for me to use!

Kim was amazing at estimating and helping us through a difficult inconvenient situation (busted hot water heater while we were on vacation). Her calm demeanor and empathy was very helpful and she understood the urgency to get it resolved (elderly mom lives in the affected basement). Their team works really well together so it was mostly resolved in a day. I would definitely call them again!
