Chris from Bestway came out to our house twice this week for two separate issues. He was prompt, courteous, professional and completed both jobs as requested in a very timely way. Chris had also previously installed a water heater for us. I would highly recommend Chris and Bestway Plumbing.

Super fast response and was able to squeeze us in so our kitchen sink would stop leaking! Everything felt easy and we were given options in terms of fixing and prices. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Chris explained everything as he completed the steps. He covered his shoes and my steps where his hose would lay while draining my water heater. He alerted me that his pump might be loud before starting. He showed me the sediment that came out of my water tank outside. He recommended yearly draining & flushing. Very nice and professional.

I must compliment the management and technician from Bestway. After a few difficulties on the initial visit the firm immediately reached out and responded. They promptly work with me and Kohler to get warranty coverage and sent a tech out who did a great job. Very professional and personable. Thanks to Bestway. We had a fantastic experience with Bestway Plumbing and Drain when we called them out for a clogged toilet. The technician, Mike, was truly excellent.

He arrived promptly at 8:25 AM, well within the 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM window, which we greatly appreciated. He was incredibly polite and courteous right away, even asking if he should remove his shoes before entering.

The service itself was efficient, fast, and friendly. Mike quickly diagnosed and fixed the clog. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond.

I received an installer introduction and photo in advance. Chris called 25 min prior to arrival, wore boot covers, worked efficiently, cleaned up and the presentation of his work was highly professional. The unit installed was a commercial grade pro-line. He also notified me of the best payment method to avoid an additional credit card transaction fee. Really great job all around to include the office who provided me with an immediate quote which in my case was exactly what I paid and that was $500 cheaper than competitors. No hidden fees and prompt next day service. Highly recommend Bestway.

Quick and easy. From the time I reached out on Thumbtack for a shower handle repair/fix and the time it was fixed was less than 24 hours. Good communication throughout, and our assigned Plumber Chris Rose was friendly, efficient, and clearly explained everything along with answering any questions. Cost was fair as well. This plumbing business is too good to be true! I called them with a problem yesterday and they were at my door this morning. I identified the problem (water under the sink) and "Will" checked out probable causes, pointed to the problem (minor) and solved it quickly.
He also gave me excellent advice on maintaining my kitchen plumbing and the state of my fixtures.
Will was certainly proud of his own competence and the company he represented. I have never met a plumber with the kind of enthusiasm Will displayed.

William was friendly answered questions and let us know why our water heater died even though it was only 2 years old. When he came back the next day to install the new water heater it took a lot shorter time than I thought it was going to be and he was friendly again got him with the person that was with him I can't remember his name I am sorry, but they got the old water heater out a lot faster than what I was thinking and I got the new water heater in hooked up ready to go and he did let us know that it would take about an hour for the water heater to work it didn't take quite an hour which was a very very surprising he added a shut off valve to the top so if anything happens in the future we can turn it off from there instead of having to shut water down to the whole house which is what we had to do before he came out. So he was great the partner that came with them to install the new one was also great. Thank you very much for your quick response time and the ability to have it done the next day which was prior to the big snowstorm and ice and it made it easier knowing that we had nice hot water. So thank you very much I would recommend you all to anybody.

Michael did another excellent job. First fabricating and installing a tray for my laundry center, a very challenging endeavor, and then clearing up a serious drain issue in my kitchen. I am very happy with Bestway and Michael.

PRV valve replacement. Excellent communication through Thumbtack and estimate provided and honored. Similar prices to other plumbers. Technician William was on time and very polite and seemed to know what he was doing. Replaced the PRV which reduces city water pressure inside your home to avoid stress in pipes, faucets etc. till brothers had the pressure too high at 90 psi and that is why three of our new faucets in bathroom renovations and kitchen failed as caused cartridge damage. I just figured out after my PRV LEAKED and read up on it. Now we have home water pressure at 60psi. He also replaced two bathroom faucets for us. Total was about $937 .
I would recommend them for sure. The work is guaranteed for 12 months
