I recently used DAQS Plumbing based on a friend's recommendation. My friend mentioned in general conversation that Denzel, his uncle is a plumber. At first, I didn’t think much about it until my water spigot started leaking.

I contacted them on a Tuesday and spoke with Denzel's wife to schedule an estimate for the repair. She was pleasant and accommodating. On Friday morning, Denzel and his wife arrived promptly at the scheduled time. I showed him the issue with the water spigot and he got right to work making the repairs. He was very efficient and professional. The new water spigot looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. I am already planning to use Denzel for additional plumbing work.

My mother has utilized Denzel’s service for years. She recommended him to me and I am very pleased she did.

I can’t say enough about Denzel and the service I received. He is professional, courteous, honest, reliable and prompt. I never have to worry about calling him back for the same issue as Denzel is extremely thorough.

I had an emergency with a pipe leaking in my house in the middle of the night and Denzel came in immediately to help me without giving me a crazy up charge. He quickly fixed the issue and it hasn’t been a problem since! I recommend him to any of my friends when they need a plumber and will work again with him in the future!

Had a kitchen drain issue and Denzel came out within 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. Was able to come out first thing the next day to fix. Great, friendly service and cheaper than previous company I had worked with that never had a tech available as quickly as Denzel came out.

We had been getting a lot of rain when our sub pump stopped working. I called DAQ,S @ 8 am. By early afternoon Denzel was at our home working on the problem. He told us what the issue was and how much it would cost to repair it. (Very reasonable) I would definitely recommend him and plan to reach out for additional plumbing work in the future.

The lady that rents my basement called me at 6am to tell me the hot water heater was leaking. Luckily it wasn't super bad and there was a drain. I was out of town but was coming home that night and had to call a few plumbers to try to get a new heater for the next day because it was about 30 years old and knew it was time! Denzell's price was more than 1000.00 less than one quote! He showed up a little after 8am and was finished in a few hours. I'll definitely call him if I need a plumber again!

I have had a number of issues with my water heater, which was a blessing in disguise because had I not called to have this issue fixed, I wouldn’t have known my sump pump was dead. Denzel quickly fixed all issues and even assisted me with warranty work. He is super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very reasonable on pricing. I highly recommend DAQS for any plumbing issue you may have. Hopefully not needed, but he will definitely receive my business for all future plumbing needs.

Completely unreliable. Had an appointment on a Monday to fix a leak in a room that is under construction in my home... water is taking its toll on the newly installed drywall. I took an hour off work to keep the appointment. On the train home, when I couldn't change anything, they called to say they had a plumbing emergency and wouldn't be able to come until Saturday. I was about to call another plumber when I was told they would come the next day. So, I took THREE hours off from work the next day, and when they showed up, they didn't have the proper equipment to do the job. I was assured that if I just waited until Saturday, they would have what they needed to do to do the job. I began texting Friday to ask what time they would arrive on Saturday. No reply until Saturday morning at 8 am when I received a text to call another plumber. A week of water damage, 4 hours of lost leave from work and I still have the leak. Avoid this charlatan operation at all costs.

We accidentally left an outdoor faucet hose attached and it froze and burst the pipe. Luckily we had turned off the inside shutoff for the outside faucets, so only the water remaining in the pipe before it broke caused a problem. I needed a plumber to fix the pipe and also to tell his findings to the insurance company.

Denzel was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I even feel his work was an improvement over the original plumbing because he repaired the pipe using higher quality materials than we had in the first place.

I discovered my garbage disposal was leaking and called a friend for a recommendation for a plumber. My friend recommended Denzel and I'm so glad he did. Denzel responded to my inquiry in a timely manner. Assessed the situation quickly and quoted a reasonable price. Upon my completely falling apart due to dealing with this the week that I buried my dad, Denzel showed the utmost compassion and kindness. That was greatly appreciated.

I had a serious water leak around my water heater and called DAQS/Denzel for help. He responded within minutes, arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed it efficiently. Best Way Plumbing technicians are superb, the work they do is top notch and quality. They completed my removal and installation of toilets, kitchen sink and garbage disposal and will have them back to install my new dishwasher. I have no concerns, they are timely, very responsive, friendly and get the job done in a professional manner.

Michael did a great job unclogging our pipe. He got it cleared out on the first try and then have it a second pass to make sure it was good.

Excellent service provided by Chris Rose and Bestway Plumbing. Scheduled a quick appointment for us, showed up right on time, solved our clogged sink issue, and provided us some best practices to prevent future issues.

Got PRV replaced as pressure was not going down. Will was Very efficient and competent guy. Friendly and excellent manners. Very clean and tidy and took care of a little lazy work done by another plumber.

I had Mike C and he was fantastic! He fixed two main water valves. Highly recommend Bestway and getting Mike. He was punctual (called beforehand to let me know his ETA), professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. Bestway did a custom washer drain pan for my condo unit in a high-rise building. My job required a pan that drains into the building’s drain pipe behind the washing machine. The pvc connection was broken and they replaced it. The install went very well. Booking the service was smooth and easy. Michael the plumber installer was a professional and a great guy. They text to alert you before they arrive with pictures and names of who is coming. Nice efficient service. They are not cheap but they earned their money.

Kenny Stone did an outstanding job. We have used him for multiple jobs. His work is always done in a high quality manner. He also communicates well and keeps us informed of the status of the job and spends time explaining how the new equipment works.and how to maintain it.
