Outstanding customer service technician. The individual who serviced my HVAC possessed extremely good professional skills. He serviced my AC in the spring of 2025 and is consistent.

The technician was extremely impressive and professional in performing the preventative maintenance work on the following; furnace, hot water heater and clothe dryer. The technician name is Kamren Shinard

Received annual service for heating, air conditioning, furnace and heat pump units. Technician (Logan) was courteous, professional and provided exceptional customer service.

Very disappointed with their customer service. Have been waiting for 3 days for return call to schedule a hot water heater replacement which will apparently cost me over $2,300. Seems way to high of a price but is part of coverage I have with America Home Shield another company I'm disappointed with in their "repair or replace" moto.

Donald was very helpful and patient throughout the time frame of diagnosising what’s wrong with our HVAC, ordering a new thermostat, and fixing the issue. He also went above by discussing/showing us how the new thermostat works and more. Thanks Donald for doing that

United air fixed my AC for me. They did a wonderful job. My repairman Joshua Boyd did an amazing job, was very respectful and knowledgeable. He took the time to even teach me things to look out for as well. I highly recommend.

Tech was great! He is definitely 5 stars! Office changed my scheduled morning appointment to afternoon without advising us until I called looking for tech. I was told 1030 to 1230 and tech arrived at 230. Sat at vacant home for 4 hours waiting.

On 12/22/2025, a United Air Temp representative came to my residence to address a visible and accessible pipe that's located under my kitchen range that was bent/pinched causing a potential gas leak. The United Air Temp technician informed me that he would need to rip up my floors in order to gain access to this same visible and accessible pipe. I informed the United Air Temp technician that in 2021, this same pipe issue occurred and a United Air Temp technician (supervisor) addressed and fixed the issue without ripping up my floors. I asked the United Air Temp technician to refer to my history for reference. The United Air Temp technician was able to substantiate the information. Subsequently, the United Air Temp technician advised that the Unitrd Air Temp supervisor from 2021 was no longer with United Air Temp, and he "the technician " didn't know what the previous supervisor did to fix the issue". Additionally, the United Air Temp technician advised that my only option was to have my floors ripped up. Subsequently, I called American Home Shield who reassigned my service request.
On 12/27/2025, A skilled , knowledgeable and professional technician came out from A & B (Chris) plumbing and fixed the pipe WITHOUT RIPPING UP MY FLOORS. If I could give United Air Temp 0 (Zero) stars...I would. Dissatisfied Customer. T. Staton

Tech called and arrived on time. Friendly and courteous. Wasted no time getting to work. Explained why the toilet was running. Repaired. Asked me to flush and check as well. All is working. Thank You. 👍🏽

We discovered a leak in our garbage disposal. We called American Home Shield who arranged for United Home Temp to come investigate. Mike was our tech. He arrived within the time window after letting us know he was on the way to us. He quickly diagnosed it was a leaking disposal and replaced it. After that he explained to us things to look out for, answered our questions and reminded us of AHS’ 30 day replacement policy. He couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

This technician Luis was very professional , experienced and informative in his work field. He is really the kind of technician you can trust and consider his advice and recommendation on fixing or maintaining your heating/cooling system.Besides, he is very nice , pet friendly and very clean in doing his job . Again, thank you , Luis , for the great job you did to my heating unit.

Leon provided 5-service! He not only addressed warranty concerns, he also point out a very necessary defect that should have been addressed when our home was built. He thoroughly explained everything he did and even changed out our filters after we purchase them.

Update....I have contacted them multiple times and requested speaking with a manager....no call backs from a manager. Also no actual repeair yet, supposedly manufacture is running behind on parts.....which seems kinda sketchy I'm assuming others need their shower pipes and faucets replaced. I will update again if a manager ever calls me or if they ever actually complete the repair.
I will say the second tech they said was very nice, very informative and I sincerely appreciated him.

So far I have had horrible service. They haven't completed the work. A tech lied said he had been to my house when he just copy and pasted notes from the previous visit. I asked for a manager to call me. Nothing yet. Customer service is not what they advertise. Maybe I will be able to think better of them if they ever finish the work.

Our technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He addressed any questions or concerns and offered viable future solutions, which are under consideration. He also helped us establish a much needed maintenance agreement for our HVAC system.

As always UAT does a great job. I have been using them over 20 years. All their techs are great. Donald is one of my favorites. He is very knowledgeable and competent. I’m always happy to see him at my door 😊

Worst experience with this company. This company was assigned by AHS to my house and they sent a trainee guy who had no idea what he was diagnosing. I had hot water leaks and the trainee guy was on video call with his manager all the time. He even removed my toilet after his manager told him and I have no idea why would he remove toilet when there was no point in doing that. Anyway all the way to end when we told him it might be a hot water leak and then his manger over video call confirmed water tank need to be replaced and sent a outrageous out of pocket estimate of $1700 when Tank is provided to them by AHS for no cost. I called few other plumbing company and all of them gave me out of pocket cost of between $600-$900 if I provide them tank. Then I requested AHS for 2nd opinion and 2nd opinion company was awesome. He found the issue within 5 minutes of entering our home. Did use his expertise and stopped water leak and drained the tank so atleast we don’t have any leaks until tank gets replaced. United air temp did nothing to stop leaks and was trying to sale other stuffs like drying the wet floor. Then 2nd opinion company quoted me between $900-$1030 for exactly same work. Please be aware of this company called United Air Temp they are predatory.

Nicholas M. was amazing! He came to my home on time and was so polite and thorough. He explained everything to us in a way that made us feel confident and comfortable. We had an old system and he gave us great advice on how to keep it running efficiently. Couldn’t be happier!

The UV light in our HVAC unit needed to be replaced. Donald Dervishi was the tech assigned to the job and we are so grateful for this! Before Donald even stepped through our front door, he was nothing but professional and friendly. Donald was prompt and arrived within our allotted appointment window even going as far to call prior to our appointment to inform us exactly when he would arrive. Upon arrival Donald introduced himself and was friendly and professional. Upon completing the replacement of our UV light, he noticed one of the electrical boxes pertaining to the IV light was loose and proceeded to tighten it for us. We also mentioned to him that we were unable to remove our reusable air filter to clean it. Donald didn’t think twice and immediately began investigating the problem. He not only discovered and fixed the problem but ensured it would not happen again in the future. We are grateful for Donald’s time, care, and professionalism and plan to ask for him by name when making future appointments.

Luis was nothing short of excellence. Very professional and super nice. He took the time to really educate me on what the issue was with our furnace and was just very thorough. If we have any other issues with our furnace, AC, hot water heater, etc...I hope the dispatch him.
