Came into my parents house both who are veterans who served their country. One of their guys open up a drink left half of it on the floor tried to cover it up then opened up a pack of fruit bars again tried to cover it up. SO DISRESPECTFUL BEWARE

Bud came out to service our AC unit. Bud was very punctual and had a very fair price to charge the AC system. The system ended up shutting off a couple days later and we called him again and he came out just a couple hours later. He fixed the leak and recharged the system for free. You just don't see that kind of service anymore, highly recommend!

Bud was amazing! A/C was not keeping up, gave him a ring and he came by a few hours later. Found a leak in our a/c compressor, fixed it right up and repressurized the system! Good pricing, very respectful and helpful! Small business for the win!

Colin was awesome 👏! He was professional, efficient, and provided a positive experience. Also, Allison who answered the phone was pleasant over the phone and a pleasure to interact with.

I can’t say enough good things about Worley’s. We have a complicated geothermal system that not many technicians can service. Andra spent many hours here today basically taking the entire unit apart so that it could be repaired correctly. He was careful, thorough, professional and we have heat again!! Thank you for researching the problem and fixing it expertly. 10 Stars and would recommend highly!

Matthew Vantrease was very polite and did a great job on my yearly check up. He explained all to me and was very thorough.

The service was done professionally. Mr Thomas Dungan was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking out the system. He explained everything well. The service was scheduled for the next day but due to a cancellation they were able to do it the same day. This was very much appreciated.

Mathew Barton demonstrated phenomenal professionalism and integrity. I really appreciated his assessment and advice. Out of 5 different plumbing estimates, he clearly laid out the problems he found, took pictures, and let me know exactly what needed to be done to rectify the problem without the up-sale. I absolutely recommend Mathew!

I was very satisfied with the service that Austin gave me. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and good at his job. He explained everything to me as he was fixing the problem and also took pictures and sent them to me. I will highly recommend him to anyone that needs work done.

Alec Bultman was great! He was able to come early, was extremely professional, courteous, experienced, and efficient, and was able to explain everything along the way as he deleted a few old three-way switches and redid the wiring. He also entertained plenty of my random electrical questions. I would definitely hire him, and this company again!

Easy to schedule the appointment. They got HVAC service to me the same day. Ryan was even early and easily repaired the unit. He also brought me the broken part to explain what happened. Very happy with the company.

They were awesome! They installed an instant hot water heater and new gas line at our home at a fair price and when they did it, they sent a large team to get things done quickly. They even stayed late to get us up and running after the gas meter had an issue (not their equipment, it was an issue with the gas company) Everyone on their team was super knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

Worley’s has been nothing but incredible with the services they provide. We had two separate technicians in our house today - this one is about Kameron. He showed to install three toilets, one of which was the source of a leak that damaged our laundry room floor. Kam showed up on-time and was finished in less than an hour. He was fast/efficient/friendly - all great traits for someone providing a service. One other thing I noticed was Kam and the other technician seem to truly enjoy their jobs. They helped each other out when the other needed it, which was really good to see. Kam also gave my dog, who is recovering from surgery, some attention. Overall, great experience!

Hello, I would like to say Alec B was very professional and knowledgeable of his work that he provided for me today. It did not take him long to identify the problem and had me up and running in a timely manner. He was on time as well, he answered any questions and I will refer and use your service again. Thank you Alec !!!! Service is not listed , it was an electrical outlet and switch issue.

We had Mike help us with a concern about a gas line for our gas fireplace. He was quick to confirm the small leak and ensure it was fixed and good to go!

We also had Jason come out to help us with an electrical issue for that our home insurance requested for us to have fixed and to help correct a breaker size for one of our condenser units. He got us squared away and ordered the breaker we will need!

They were both very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

The Technician Lamont was professional and friendly. He not only serviced and repaired my HVAC in an excellent matter, he took the time to thoroughly explain how the unit operates. He is truly an asset to Worley’s.

Worley's electrician Sam went above and beyond his job, explaining to me the whole process of my electrical issues 🙏I would recommend him to the whole Tidewater area this guy knows his job for sure. Worley's should be proud of the level of respect he has for his customers and his quality of work. I give him and the company 5 stars for sure, thank for servicing me as a customer.🙏
