Simply amazing! Punctual, fast, and no bs! As a woman, the last aspect is everything. I’m not a technical person and know absolutely nothing about plumbing. My issue was fixed and I gained knowledge about water heaters but also some other plumbing matters. Noah is superb!!!

Worley’s came out for the first time to this house and did a full attic air seal and installed new fluff in my attic! They completed the job in just 3 days and did an amazing work! They took the time to explain how the full process would be and kept me updated with every step. They had great patience with me asking a lot of questions and were very friendly. Eric came over to seal up some gaps around ductwork and put on a new crawlspace door. He and his co-worker were knowledgeable and quick and efficient with the jobs. They took their time to go over the work that was completed and provided pictures of their work. Wouldn’t hesitate to work with those professionals again!

Alex was a professional, he covered all my issues exceptionally. This is a follow-up from the earlier review. Alec is a wonderfully gifted electrician, who's keen skill and experience would make you feel that he's unmatched. Despite a youthful appearance, his work acumen is praised. He was patient, thorough and insightful, these characteristics are often found in those that would be considered his senior.
He was able to resolve my issues which were complex with precise oversight and with a workmanship that is elite. THANK YOU ALEC FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

Sam came out and did a great job, consumate professional (on time, skilled, clean work). He quickly resolved a GFCI issue. Provided pictures of everything, even inspected the main box and some other outlets. A+

Did a great job of getting me some drainage working in our house. Will need to have drain lines replaced and provided an estimate for both inside and outside work. Explained everything they were doing and seeing while trying to clear lines. Would recommend.

Alex notified me that he was able to come early, which was a huge benefit for us. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was courteous and professional, even covering his shoes. Alex was able to resolve our issue quickly and tested everything out to ensure all was working as expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the issue and resolution. Ecobe Lite thermostat needed programming management by Rich. I had misunderstood the thermostat display and inadvertently shut the heat pump down, leaving only the auxiliary heat running over 24 hours or more. Outdoor temp in the 20s and indoor in high 60s. He was done in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional as was the scheduling person at Worley. From the time of my call to the job ending was less than 17 hours.

We have been working with Worley’s Home Services for about 10 months. They purchased the company we had been with for over 30 years. Since they began helping us, there have been issues to discuss that to my wife and I seemed obvious. With patience and discussions, these have been addressed. Our satisfaction with the equipment and more importantly in the people of Worley’s Home Services continues to grow.

We recently had an issue with our heating system during the extreme cold conditions a few days ago and called Worley’s Home Services. Mickole Perez came out to our home and was extremely helpful in explaining what had gone wrong and what steps were to be taken to remedy the situation. Very impressed with the swift and reliable service. Made a call to get my furnace looked at because we were experiencing low heat in our home. Scheduled an appointment and they were out within 24hrs. The technician assigned “Colin” who is a knowledgeable technician arrived early and no sooner he came into the house to check the furnace he heard the problem right away and Fixed it within 15 minutes. We have working heat thanks to him. We also got a discount on our service call to have maintenance twice a year at $17.50 a month, which is great for home owners. I (will,would) RECOMMEND Worley.

Austin came to my home today at the time agreed upon and right away diagnosed the issue with one of my HVAC units. He showed me the part that required replacement and did the repair in a very few minutes. He was professional, efficient, and completely trustworthy. The purchase and installation service was the best. On a very cold week I found myself without heat with a 24 year old unit, Called Worleys at 8, a tech was out by 10, installation of new unit completed 2 days later on a 2 year interest free payment plan. The installer, Jarred Midkiff and crew, started at 8AM and didnt leave the house until I was up and running on a new HVAC system at 9:30pm that night. Talk about dilligent and dedicated. The quality of the installation was superb. I find Worley's to be priced higher than the neighborhood HVAC competitors by 10%+, but.... The installation is timely and quality of installation is noticeably good even to the layman.

Appreciated Worley’s quick response to my call concerning my HVAC system. Andra arrived promptly and made sure my issue was fixed correctly. Thermostat was not working correctly and he was able to replace the unit under warranty. Appreciated him staying late to finish everything.

Matt performed Preventive Maintenance checks on my 2 geothermal units. In the 12 years I've been having PM's done, I don't think any technician has opened the blower cover to check the fan or checked the condition of the motor start-up capacitor.

As an engineer, I specified my geothermal units and am somewhat familiar with them having done some of the repairs myself. Matt didn't seem to mind my company or all my questions during his inspection.

My sense is that Matt is a man of integrity and he speaks highly of Worley's, almost as if he is an owner. I look forward to doing further inspections with him.

Our new dual fuel oven and gas cook top needed a new outlet installed and it was more than an amateur should handle. Sam was careful and did a great job. He helped me position the oven and did not leave until the job was completed and every was working perfectly.

I am not one for bad reviews, but this cannot go unsaid. We have used CL Carter’s services in two homes since 2001. The last few years have been sketchy for some reason, but we always stuck with them because the staff took responsibility. Recently, Worley’s took over CL Carter. In early January I received a voicemail from Worley’s asking to schedule our winter HVAC check per our contract. We were out of the country so I called on 1/15/26 to make an appointment. The earliest appointment I could get was 2/20/26. I mentioned that it was late in the season for a heating check and Sage told me that as long as the temp was under 60 degrees they could perform the maintenance. The heating season is just about over in February, IMHO. In the past, we would have maintenance checks in the September/October timeframe which seems more appropriate for a winter check up. On 2/6/26, Sage called to reschedule our winter maintenance for 3/5/26. Completely unsatisfactory to me. Sad to say, but we will no longer be using this company as we no longer have faith in them.

To their credit, Worley’s called and will be refunding half of our contract fee.

Noah from Worley’s was excellent! Addressed 5 different plumbing questions and issues quickly and efficiently. He was very professional , knowledgeable and even gave great tips. Arrived early and was affordable. My search has ended; I am very satisfied.
