Called Friday mid-morning about not having any water, they got back with me within minutes and sent a technician out right away. The tech was amazing and had water for us in about an hour. These guys are the best. Highly recommend

Called and got the run around. Kept being told different things, then told that he was going to ‘look into info on my property and call me back.” Nothing. No call back. I gave up and called Another guy. I have to wait longer and pay more, but at least he calls me back!

This is the worst ran business for any kind of well service! I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!! They give you the run around for weeks telling you that they have put you on the schedule after insisting on collecting half of the total cost before work is started and then say that you were not even put on schedule and even more excuses…on and on and on!!! Don’t fall for their sales!! You won’t get the work done!!!

Although it's not a fast process, Brian, from Fogal in Airway Heights, kept us informed and went over and above to make sure we were ready when it was our turn to get our well drilled.
