On 29 September, I witnessed one of the work trucks at a stop light in Airway heights, the driver rolled his window down and tossed out a lit cigarette. Not a good idea with a burn ban still in effect.

FANTASTIC work by Tony and Ben! My well was only producing drips from the house faucets. Tony and Ben found the problems and fixed them promptly. I particularly appreciate the time Tony took to explain the mechanics of the problem and solution. The kindness and patience was so very much appreciated. Thank you guys!!

Been working with Fogle since 1990! They've always been responsive and problems were completed without having to return! Wouldn't even think of going anywhere else for my well issues.

Called in May, was told by Doug to email him property info. I did. 3 times. No response. Called around first of Sept 2021. It was the Monday before Sept or first Monday, Talked to someone who said was manager. He said Doug would call me back. Doug called next day, Tuesday. I again gave him info. Said he would get back to me by that Friday. It is now October 7th 2021. Nothing. Nevee received another call or email. I just feel that because it is busy lately, they really don't care about a single home owner. My friend is a builder, they are prompt returning his calls and emails. Since we will hopefully only need them once, we just are not worth their time or effort. In the mean time I am hauling water to care for my livestock and myself. I have given up on ever hearing from fogle.

We had used these guys in the past, only to have another issue arise. We called another company, which was a disaster!! Nick came out and fixed the issue. Had We called Fogle in the 1st place, We would have saved over $1,500!
Out of all the companies that We have delt with, Fogle is by far the best!!

I tried to get quotes from a dozen places around town, most wouldn't even give me the time of day. Fogle was responsive, respectful, and pricing was similar. The two drillers that came out were courteous and professional. Overall good experience.

What a great company to do business with!! The salesman (Doug) did everything possible to get my drilling started ASAP. I was under a very tight timeline. We agreed on a location to drill and early the next day Todd and Monty were on my property with smiles on their face ready to find water. They were professional and polite. They worked fast and focused on the task at hand. They had late model equipment and took care throughout the day that it stayed in good order.

One hundred and forty five feet later I had 25 gal/per/min. The cap was installed, and the area was left in "apple pie order."

I recommend this company and in particular this branch to anyone getting a pump installed or having service work done as they're incredibly experienced very thorough and friendly. They can explain what they're doing and show you why they're doing it. Along with having incredibly fair and competitive prices they go above and beyond what is expected. If the Fogle pump guy knocks on your door, you already owe him $325.00.
I've been a loyal Fogle customer for 20 years. I was there the day they drilled my well, they've replaced my pump when I needed to drill deeper. I've bought my filter system and the filters and other expendables there, it's been a beautiful relationship.
Until last week.
We woke up without water.
I called the trusty Fogle people and they were able to get a service man out that afternoon. With a sense of dread I led him to the pump control box and pressure tank. After a breif check he identified the problem as a burned out switch, but not to worry, he just moved the wires to the other side of my existing equipment and voila, fixed. The guy was in my home for less that 15 minutes. 😀
4 days later I get a bill for $325.00
Seems excessive.
I figure it must be a mistake so I go in and, no.
Apparantly they feel completely justified slapping a $125.00 appearance fee on top of their $175.00 hourly rate even if the round trip and the work all happens inside of an hour.
24 mile 44 min. Round trip travel at the speed limit + 15 min max work = 59 min.

Essentially they want to be paid $200.00 an hour to drive the truck.
I'll be shopping the competition next time, I'd recommend that everyone does too.

Before we purchased our house, we consulted Fogle Pump's experts on the sub par well situation. They graciously gave us lots of information to help us make our decision. After purchasing the house they helped us install a cistern for our low-producing well. They worked with us and gave us options to do some of the work ourselves. Their knowledge and experience shows. It only took 4 hours for about 4 guys to install the whole cistern and they were friendly and professional, even showing up early to ensure everything was ready. They also advised us on electrical and excavation for the project. Other service professionals gave me the impression that they were trying to rack up the bill as high as possible, but I never got that feeling from Fogle. Great experience with them.

We contacted Fogle Pump to do some upgrades to our current class B well system controls. The existing controls were hand built and over 50 years old. These existing controls were complicated and hard to understand. Fogle was contracted to update our system and performance exceeded expectations. Fogle simplified the controls, and gave us a new pressure system that was very much needed. Mike, Nick, and Tony really helped us out getting an old Class B system where it needs to be, we still have a little more work to do, but we highly recommend this crew! thank you Fogle Pump (Airway)

My pressure tank and switch went out on a Sunday, and I called Fogle first thing Monday morning knowing they would be busy and may not be able to help that day. They found a way to break someone loose before noon and very quickly and professionally changed out my tank and switch. The techs were professional and explained all they were doing. I highly recommend Fogle Pump.

Fogle Techs are knowledgeable, reliable and conscientious! I probably had more fun than you are supposed to, when getting your pump rehabilitated. When Mike came out and diagnosed the problem to be a dying pump motor, he knew that it would inflict a certain amount of pain, so he didn't charge me for the visit, and I appreciated that. But he wasn't real positive about my initial plan to remove the pipe and drop a bucket down the hole for hauling up water through the summer. So I decided to go with Mike's plan. Dustin and Logan showed up a week later during that rainy period in late May, and we had a pretty good time, sloshing around in the rain, while they answered all of my questions and stacked pipes like Lincoln Logs. After replacing the motor and wiring, refitting the pipes and answering all the questions I had, they took off and I left the cover off the well to dry the area out. But the supply pipe had a leak that I wasn't able to fix. I wasn't a plumber, but worked as an HVAC Tech before retiring, so I wasn't able to tell if I couldn't get the leak to stop because I didn't have enough room to grip my pipes or because I don't have massive forearms like Logan. Mike and Nick came out and endured the next barrage of questions and helpful suggestions from me. I would not have complained too much if Mike had charged me for the extra work because Dustin could not have known that there was a leak, due to the water level in the well housing when he finished, but Mike either felt that Fogle should take overall responsibility for the replaced unit, or he wanted to get away from me telling him how to do things. So there were some issues, but all of these guys were knowledgeable, very conscientious, and didn't mind a little ribbing here and there. It is always good to have techs come over who enjoy their work and genuinely want to fix the problem. I'd recommend Fogle to anyone who has a water issue.

After determining that my pressure tank was draining back into the well, I went to Fogle pump and asked if it would be a good idea to put a check valve at the top of the well. Which I was going to do myself. The man told me no, that I had to have the pump pulled. And the check valve in the bottom of the well had to be checked and or replaced and the pipe had to be checked for leaks. After making an appointment to have it done, they came out and did the same thing that I was going to do minus the labor.

Me and my husband had really good experience with Fogle Pump & Supply at Airway Heights when we needed to change our water pump and water pressure tank. Guys were very professional and quick. Got the job done in a timely manner and did not waste any of their time. When the job was done they gave us an itemized receipt with warranty included. Sales person Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We didn't feel like we were overcharged for anything. Thank you so much! We will recommend this company to anyone. And, as a nice addition, they do honor their coupon that I was able to print from their website.

Fogle Pump saves Thanksgiving! Our pump went out 2 days before Thanksgiving, and I was convinced all was lost and we'd have to cancel. I tried two other companies before calling Fogle, and had no luck. I called first thing the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving, feeling hopeless, but was told they have a crew they keep the schedule open for just these kinds of emergencies!
Ben and Matt showed up by 9 am, and had the problem diagnosed within 20 minutes. They went right to work, replaced my broken pump, and gave advice about old wiring and pipe that could use replacing also, but never pressured me about it. It only took them until noon to get all the work done and my water running again. I cannnot thank the Fogle Pump team enough for saving Thanksgiving! I highly recommend them.

Tech was great and fixed my issue fast. So ehow he managed to call me and show up at the job site with the right address and phone numbers on hand.

The billing department somehow had the phone numbers wrong and the address wrong. This apparently became my fault, and once I finally received a bill, it was threatening small claims court for the $245 bill.

First of all I tried to pay the tech and he said to wait until I got the filter they were going to supply, which I never received. Second when I contacted billing they were very rude and non apologetic for having messed up numbers on their end. They only wanted an understanding of how I finally got a bill. I live on a rural road and my good mail person figured out who the bill was supposed to go to.

Absolutely wonderful company. Lost water from our well last night, Sunday evening, called them as soon as they opened this morning, they were on our property within the hour, had the part replace within the next hour. Would absolutely call them again!

Fogle sent us Tony and Ben. Not only did the explain very carefully what was wrong but how to fix our problem if we faced it again. Very quick and Professional. I highly recommend them.

The water stopped in our farmhouse suddenly and nothing was getting it flowing. My ex who had the pump installed in 88 remembered the company name and i called at 1pm on a friday ahead of a holiday weekend so i had little hope. But 2 wonderful men ( it was a very hectic day for a variety of reasons so i cant remember their names, sorry) appeared in a bit over an hour, worked their magic in diagnosis and had the parts needed on hand. Even were friendly after a goosechase on a non functioning cistern. My apologies for that. Just really grateful for timely and professional response. Will def use again if (when) the pump finally gives out.
