Repairman was courteous and very nice. Job well done. Always overpriced but worth it!

Responded quickly on a weekend to make an onsite appointment for Monday. I am very pleased being able to know that my dishwasher needs to be replaced rather than expensively repaired. Serviceman was friendly and efficient. I will definitely call them again if I have another appliance problem to sort out.

Needed the ice maker fixed on Samsung refrigerator. UP Appliance repair were prompt scheduling the appt and Roman showed up on time and did a fantastic job! Ice maker all fixed. Would definitely recommend!

Our fridge temperature turned warm. We needed help with this problem immediately. Of course this happened on a Sunday when many businesses are closed. I called around and no one was able to come and fix our fridge until one or two days later. Appliance ER fit us into their busy schedule. After extensive trouble shooting it was determined that our fridge was irreparable. They were very knowledgeable and thorough in their service. I would highly recommend them.

Our Fridaire professional refrigerator was no longer cooling. We called Appliance Emergency Repair on a weekend, no extra charge for a non-business day. Their Tech came out on a Sunday, and sent another expert tech on Monday. Unfortunately it was determined after several hours of diagnosing that the refrigerator was really beyond repair- needed replacement. However, the charge for the diagnosis was minimal, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this company if your appliance needs servicing.

Ray was fantastic to work with. Our Bertazzoni oven was very finicky and not an easy fix. Took a couple attempts to get it fixed but he always had a positive attitude and got the job done. Really appreciate the hard work in getting it fixed.
