I found this company through searching online . I had a same day appointment for my washer repair. He diagnosed my washer and want able to fix ( cheaper to buy a new one) I like his honesty. I would recommend this company .

We just needed a kitchen faucet replaced! The gentleman who came out to do the work gave me a precise quote within a few minutes, was prepared to do the job right then. He was very knowledgeable and didn't leave a speck of grime even though he ended up needing to cut the old faucet in half the get it out! I'm very pleased with the work done, thank you?

Easy to make appt. Courteous and friendly technician. Very knowledgeable. Ordered a part and it came quite quickly. I will definitely call them again.

I think the person who serviced my refrigerator is named Alex. He was great; focused, problem solver, diagnosed the problem as ice stuck in ice maker, and recommend I get a new ice maker. Only downside is he didn't recenter frig when pushing back into cove, and didn't push the frig all the way back to original position so right door won't open fully due to hitting wall. In general good experience

Michael was very nice and efficient. He had quickly diagnosed the issue and, although it took over a week for the part to arrive from LG. Michael installed it and tested that everything is now in working order. He said the refrigerator will now function like it us new. I highly recommend your company, very responsive and qualified repairman

Fast response to a GE washing machine non-urgent issue. Vlad was very informative of the problem and resolution. He ordered and on a later visit installed a genuine GE part. I really enjoyed Vlad's conversations, knowledge, and insights. Well done!!

we are so pleased with the work that was dont by these two lovely gentlemen. I realize one was the father and was not doing the work But just his presence so sweet. The son did an absolutely terrific job. He was extremely thorough cleaned our dryer so thoroughly even using a toothbrush to scrub out any little scrap of dust.. He worked for three hours the First night and three more the second. When you left, you would never know he'd even been there. Everything was clean as whistle! Excellent excellent job

My technician Roman was very efficient and knowledgeable about my gas Kenmore dryer appliance work. He explained to me carefully and accutately what needed to be done and the underlying issue. He completed the job as required. Excellent work. Highly recommended.

My service person was Michael who did a fantastic job courteous kind war shoe covers explained the process to me and told me about the warranty. It was prompt texted me 20 minutes before he arrived. It was very personable. Great service would use again

Alex was amazing! He looked at all the right things and reconfirmed with the experts when he wasn't sure. Ultimately, our unit couldn't be repaired but that wasn't because of Alex. We will definitely use Appliance ER again! Highly recommend.

Service was excellent. Original diagnosis came back as controlling card. Came back a couple days later after getting the card and installed.
Fridge working great now. Would hire again!!

They were very knowledgeable and polite and courteous. They fixed the issue and then followed up with a repair it happened again in the next 90 days. It works great now.

He also even loved animals and played with my pets.

Did a great job. I did some research and it looks like I over paid. I wish this industry allows us to get bids without paying a fee for each. They were not pushy or sales focused just presented the options and prices. I paid a premium, but I would use them again in an instant.

They couldn't save my piece of crap year and a half old refrigerator (don't buy a GE with cafe doors and the freezer on the bottom. Who ever engineered it should be fired.) But, they sure as hell tried. I gotta all of the money I invested in parts and labor back once they concluded it could not be fixed without spending more than it was worth, minus their basic diagnostic fee. They were here no less than five times, and I was impressed by their expertise, professionalism, and effort. I highly recommend them, and I am speaking as a customer who had to buy a new fridge. Very honest and very quick. They lost money trying. I truly respect them as a company.

I normally never give a 5 star. Why cause I don't read 5 star? I read 3 and 4 star. The diagnostic fee was extremely reasonable. The microwave, he tried to repair was 15 years old. I believe he gave a 100% trying to repair it. It was unrepairable. He\n Gave me excellent customer service which you just can't find Anymore. I'm 78 years old. I normally get screwed and tattooed on repairs. But this technician truly did his best, and I accepted that i would recommend them to any of my friends

Alex was on-time, gave an hour text heads up and diagnosed the issue under 20 min aaaaaand fixed it same day. He also cleaned out my interior drier parts and vent. He was professional and efficient! 10/10 recommend!

Vald K from appliance repair was wonderful in fixing our washer. He came out and did an evaluation for just $99.00 and identified exactly the problem. He gave us the choice of applying the $99.00 to the repair and ordering the part or replacing the unit. He gave us an accurate estimate. We decided to proceed and he returned upon receipt of the part and repaired our washer. He was wonderful to work with. He did s great job.

These guys are true professionals.
They come in and diagnosed the situation order the parts and get the job done in a timely manner. They also are mindful of property and clean up after themselves . As a homeowner and property ownerThese guys have become my new go to appliance repair company and I will not hesitate to refer them to other others who are looking for appliance repair.

Appliance ER sent out a technician the same day I called to diagnose the issue with our refrigerator. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and resolved the issue to my full satisfaction. The price seemed fair. I highly recommend them.

Amazing! Came out two hours after I called about my problem. He diagnosed and fixed it in 30 min after the Thermador tech couldn’t. Very respectful and kind too. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! They were able to get us in for a washing machine deep clean immediately and replace our door boot gasket! They also found our bearing was bad and were able to get the part in quick and finish putting our washing machine back together next day. Everything smells fresh and clean! We are very satisfied with the whole experience!
