Aleksei and Andrew were both superb. They provided great communication, showed up within their appointment windows, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had my fridge back in great working order and did so very professionally.

My refrigerator wasn’t maintaining temperature, Andrew came out and diagnosed the problem in 10 mins. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and my refrigerator has had no issues since the repair. I definitely recommend.

Super honest, profressional, and helpful. A-Fix was able to fix a 20 year old downdraft vent in one visit. Andrew the technician helped from getting access to the vent, to trouble shooting, to ordering parts and fixing - all for a reasonable price. I will continue to work with them in the future.

Sergio did a fantastic job fixing our refrigerator! He was very professional and also careful since we have a kid at home, taking the right precautions while working. He explained the issue clearly as he was fixing it, which was really helpful. He cleaned the air filter and also replaced the compressor, and the fridge has been working great since. Highly recommend Sergio for appliance repairs!

RUN AWAY and do not use this business if you value your appliances!

We were referred to this company through our home warranty American Home Shield, and now we regret it. Ruslan and his partner are the individuals that came out and did a horrible job. They stated that they "repaired" our washer, but they left it in worse condition then when they came to repair it. It is still unusable, and at this point, we have called a different appliance company, an official GE licensed one, to come and repair it.

The detergent tray is now completely misaligned when it was aligned before, and the blue ring inside has waves in it and is not sealed properly, whereas it did not have waves before the "repair" and was sealed properly. They stripped a screw by the detergent tray and that now does not hold anymore and makes the inside of the detergent tray loose, as you can see in the pictures. They have just created a bigger mess than before they repaired that we now have to resolve.

We then made them aware of it, and the guy said they would send a "senior technician" out to fix it. No, that's not going to work. After all of the damage this company has caused, there is NO WAY we are having them back in our home, and I would advise you not to have them in your home as well. We no longer trust them. Completely incompetent technicians, and they repair one thing, but then leave your washer in worse shape than when they came.

In addition, the customer service was horrible and subpar and very rude and apathetic. I could not stand talking to them. I should have known given the lack of customer service that the company was going to be the same. I do not recommend, and I recommend that you stay far away.

We had a freezer under warranty that needed repair. Andrew diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts promptly. He contacted us within a week as promised and scheduled the repair. He was timely, efficient, and professional. Jan

We used A-Fix as part of our home warranty to fix an issue with our gas top and hood. Arthur was detailed and diligent. Showed up on time and addressed our issues. He was very professional.

Company was sub-contracted through a home warranty company to repair our refrigerator. They first came out in July and the fridge is still not fixed in October. The appointment last week they were a no show twice on the same day. They were supposed to arrive by 1 and didn't show or call/text. When I called at 1 they lied and said that they talked to the tech and he was "15 minutes away." By 2:30 they were still a no-show. And still no call/text. After having to wait an additional week for the reschedule, they were supposed to be here by 11 and were again a no-show. Save your time and money and go with a different vendor.

We had a great experience with Andrew. Completed a repair within 48 hours of our call. Fast and professional and completed on New Years Eve!

Arthur worked tirelessly to find our problem and saved us having to buy a new refrigerator, much to the disappointment of my wife. Seriously though, he did a great job and saved us a bunch of money!

Marat did a great job. My LG refrigerator compressor stop working. Luckily it's within warranty. A-Fix is LG contractor. Communication with A-Fix was very good and clear. It did took awhile for them to come. So far the fix is good.

I would prefer to do a negative 1 if it was available. This group was contracted by LG / Costco to do a warranty repair in my fridge. They called wanting to do the repair on Christmas Eve. I asked if they were certain they would be there between the stated 10-1pm they said yes. I canceled my family plans for Christmas Eve only to be stood up with a no show. They rescheduled for 3 weeks later and again I canceled plans and stayed home for the appointment between 10-1. Again … no show. Don’t waste your time with these incompetents.

The issue on our washing machine was diagnosed properly and now it finally works correctly. The tech/repair person installed 4 new shocks perfectly. We are very happy and satisfied with the results.

Had this company pushed on us by the warranty company. I should have checked reviews before letting the guy into our house. The repair guy damaged my property, scratched my dishwasher, broke off the baseboards & faceplate from the cabinets, causing the baseboards adjacent to them to become loose & nicked our cabinet wood. He left the dishwasher loose & unstable, left all of the broken parts behind & told me to throw them away & he insisted on using one of our shower towels because the kitchen hand towels weren't good enough. I've never dealt with a repair company that uses my personal things or leaves the broken parts behind. He DID NOT validate that the machine was working before he left because it wasn't!! He put a kink in the water line when he pushed the dishwasher back in place & my husband had to fix it when he got home. He also told me he would fix the baseboards when I saw the pieces on the floor. He actually put a freaking screw into the faceplace into the cabinet & left the baseboard sitting under that, still loose. He also used our bathroom both times he was here. (Not unusual but not very common). We hoped the person coming to do the repairs would not be the person that looked at our dishwasher the first time because after telling him we had to turn off the breaker because the dishwasher was burning, he plugged it back in with the breaker on & left, which then blew our fuse. He also yanked so hard on the dishwasher to get it pulled out that our door is now wobbly. Needless to say, 1 star is to much. They have poor communication & don't respond to messages or call ahead to let you know they are coming & poorly trained repairmen if this is how they allow them to leave someone else's home. Needless to say I am extremely pissed & will be filing a complaint & asking for repairs at their expense.
I wish I could attach pictures to show how bad it is. I am absolutely disgusted by this company. I honestly don't know how they are in business.

Had the pleasure of working with Alex. He was very helpful and very professional. Arrived on time, and was quick in his work. My wife and I are happy with the service and that our dryer now works again!

As delivered one side of the freezer door would not seal, great analysis of the problem, careful repair/adjustment and 100% completion to a “T”.

Recently, our wall combo oven/microwave's display panel turned blank and would not function at all. Since the unit was still covered under warranty, we contacted our customer service representative at Albert Lee, Tacoma for assistance. She determined the earliest available repair service available here in Olympia.

Artur had everything needed to diagnose and repair our appliance. He was methodical and diligent, communicated courteously and accurately. Soon, he determined the fault within our combo oven had it repaired. After completing all nececessary functional tests, our unit was returned to service. We are so happy (and relieved) that our applicance was useable again! Artur's professionalism, efficient communication, and knowlegible diligence has earned our trust and confidence for any possible future repair instance. A-Fix was the service provider assigned by our home warranty company. Our 23 year old refrigerator was in need of repair.
They are communicative, punctual, professional, and skilled. They diagnosed the Freon leak and successfully repaired it.
